Warby Parker Old Port

Beautiful store! The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. I appreciated that they let me browse around on my own, but were readily available when I had decided on a few or had questions before making a purchase. The store was also very well kept and staff seemed on top of things. The process of using my insurance was extremely easy as well. Overall I would highly recommend!

Love the frames/ dislike policy/ Beware Just love the frame selection! Excited to try on a pair I had seen online. BUT the very polite women I spoke to, informed me "they couldn't adjust the glasses I brought with me , because once they were sued" ( not by me!) have multiple pairs I wear , I have never gone to an optical place that would not make adjustments. I will not purchase unless they train staff how to make adjustments

I visited the Portland, Maine Warby Parker store today for the first time and was glad I did. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. They helped me resolve an issue with frames I had ordered from WP online. Check it out if you have a chance.

I had the pleasure of attending the preview event at the new Warby Parker store on Middle Street this past Thursday morning, and I was blown away! The space is beautiful and inviting, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially loved the artwork by local Maine artist, Christopher David Ryan - it adds such a lovely and colorful touch to the space! Even though the staff were busy with the event, they ensured that each guest was getting any help they needed. I found several pairs of glasses that I loved, and the staff were great at helping me narrow down my choices and find the perfect frames for my face shape. I look forward to receiving my new glasses in 7-10 days! Overall, I had a wonderful time at the preview event and I can't wait to go back to pick them up. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the Portland area who is looking for stylish and affordable eyewear.

Warby Parker is such a great retailer, and I feel lucky to have this shop in Portland, ME. Walking into the store on Middle Street on a frigid day, the store was bright, cheerful, & warm. A salesperson, Nina greeted me instantly &, once I described my issue, invited me to a counter towards the back. Background: I have 2 pairs of eyeglasses, previously purchased at Warby Parker. These glasses were recently sent out through this store for new prescription lens. Both were returned more quickly than I expected, yay! Both progressive prescription lens were not lining up right for reading. Nina was able to adjust one pair to sit better on my nose & that fixed the problem. The 2nd pair - no luck, & because these were replacement lens, it wasn't clear that Warby Parker was beholden to fix the problem. They did even better! Nina spoke to a manager and came back to me with the news that I would get a new pair - new frames & new lens. She made careful measurements & sent the 2nd pair off. I left Warby Parker a happy forever-customer. Thank you, Warby Parker for standing by your products & thank you Nina for your patience, knowledge, and help today!

Store was super clean. Customer service was top notch. I was greeted as i entered the store. Brandon, the store manager was extremely patient with me, helping me thru the process of finding frames that fit my face AND personality. I was super pleased with the entire process from start to finish. Great store! Great manager! Thank you so much for all your help

I was on a cruise and found the Warby Parker store in Portland, Maine. Walked in to meet Nina the sales Rep who was VERY knowledgeable. We selected two frames everyone loved, prepared the paperwork for future completion, paid the bill and walked out within less than 30 minutes. The glasses will be shipped to me in Asheville, NC and I am excited to receive them. They're beautiful and very reasonably priced. Thank you Warby Parker and Nina!!!

I loved Malachi in Portland. This was my first experience at WP and I was very impressed. I felt so welcomed and learned a lot. I left with 2 pair of glasses and I'm thrilled. Def rec.
