Went well. Was very efficient and did everything timely. Asked if I had any questions. Very courteous.

Great experience. Office staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. The doctors assistant was extremly knowledgeable and helpful. I wear tri focals and my last place had to much magnification on one of my lenses. OD Trask does an outstanding job finding the perfect prescription for my eyes. This is the best eye care facility I have ever been to.

Great experience. The tech Jenn was so friendly. She made me feel comfortable and explained each procedure. The lobby area was nice and clean. Only negative was the receptionist spoke loud when confirming my information which those waiting to be seen could hear.

Dr. Curt Young is terrific. He is very knowledgeable and skilled. He listens well and takes time to explain and answer questions. All staff I encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and skilled as well. I give them my highest recommendation without reservation.

I love this place! State of the art facility and everything is done by very professional and friendly staff. No waiting around between procedures before seeing Dr. Young who was also wonderful. He explained all options in an easy to understand manner. The ONLY thing that I could recommend is that some type of signage be installed on the side portion of the building (I think it's called State Street). When searching for Google directions, it gives the name of State Street. Once I was able to get to that point, I wasn't able to find the office building without a sign on it. I finally asked a few people on the street and they pointed me in the right direction. Once I was there, I thought I was entering a medical building in Boston. Just beautiful!

Very friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff. The receptionist was friendly and informative and helpful with my check in. Dr. Trask's assistant was so very nice and easy to talk with. She should get a raise just for her personality alone! Dr. Trask was very efficient and promptly answered all of my questions and his answers were ease to understand. He was very skilled at his job and the equipment he was using. He was also very easy to talk with. Tanya who helped me with choosing new eyewear was so very patient and helpful with my selection process. Staff I was involved with had very up to date equipment and knowledge of their use while being down to earth, inviting, caring, knowledgeable and all while being professional. Very friendly and helpful and caring

First appt. @ the State Street office. New areas with wide halls & well lighted. Exam area small yet set up for easy access for pt with necessary work space for Dr & Assistant beyond pt seating. Very well thought out. Dr Trask pleasant as always & explained results of eye exam & need for change in Rx. He answered all my questions. Simply excellent service...
