Dr. Eric J Hebert OD

I just called their office to see if Dr. Hebert was taking new patients. Before I could finish asking, the woman on the line cut me off and said "no, we are not" it was a short call and after I said "thank you" she just simply hung up the phone. Very rude and unfriendly phone etiquette.

Very pleased with my visit. Hebert and his staff were very thorough and friendly. I especially appreciated that they didn't skimp on getting a robust medical history, as well as the documentation given to me summarizing the findings of my eye exam. I'm very confident that Hebert would be an excellent resource should my eyes ever become a health concern beyond vision correction. They took my temperature before the appointment began and asked me to wear a mask for the visit due to COVID,. My eyes were dilated, and I definitely suggest bringing a pair of sunglasses if you know they plan to do that for you. I was informed about the COVID precautions and the eye dilation when I placed the appointment, and during the confirmation phone call a few days before. Our of pocket for an uninsured eye exam was roughly $200. Money well spent.
