I want to be honest, the Office is a little dusty but the guy was really nice, professional and friendly. It was the first time for me for telemedicine experience but I felt cared and happy about how easy and smooth was my experience. And the price is really goooooood. I will be back for sure

Really shocked by my whole experience here... the office itself is extremely dusty and dirty (food crumbs in lots of places you wouldn't expect, no wipe down of the equipment I put my face against, dust balls all over) and the person who worked with me the entire time did not introduce himself at all, but did the entire appointment. I'm assuming he was a tech? He sat me down for the initial testing at the machine and did not tell me anything about it - truly just sat me down, told me where to put my chin, and then walked away. While the machine was doing its thing, I was confused about when it was over and surprised by things like a puff of air in my eye. I was then brought into the exam room and the same person did one more test and then analyzed my glasses. Then, the tech walked out and said the call would start soon. All of a sudden there was ringing and an ophthalmologist popped up on the screen in front of me. She said she reviewed the test results, but due to my nearsightedness, would need to see more of my eye to be sure things were healthy. The appointment as a whole did not feel thorough, clean/sanitary, or transparent. I was only asked about whether I was happy with my current contacts, not about any eye symptoms/discomfort, how I use my glasses/contacts, etc. I will be making another appointment elsewhere and will definitely not return.

I went scheduled an appointment for a contact prescription as well as glasses. The person helping me, Conor, was so kind. They were very professional and helpful, answering any questions I had. Conor was very patient and thoughtful. I really trusted their opinions and felt like they were making decisions about my prescription with the serious thought of my comfortability and well being. I will definitely be renewing my prescription here next year if it means Conor will be helping me again!! Thank you again Conor!!!!!! You're amazing!!

After trying several eye doctors in the area, I finally had a genuinely positive experience at 20/20 NOW Eye Exams inside Costco, thanks to Conor. He was incredibly patient, truly listened to my concerns, and made me feel like he genuinely cared about helping me find the right solution. I have a tough prescription, and past experiences have left me feeling dismissed or rushed--but not this time. Conor took the extra time to make sure everything was right, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of. If you're looking for an eye care professional who is attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate, I highly recommend seeing Conor. This was the level of care I'd been hoping to find all along!

I was so happy to have found 20/20NOW Eye Exams! I loved the convenience of the location being in the same building as Cotsco. I was greeted by Conor who was friendly, polite, timely and knowledgeable. The exam was thorough and I felt like all my concerns were addressed. I was pleasantly surprised by the price of the exam. I highly recommend checking them out at the Scarborough, Maine location!

I had an appointment for today August 4th at 10:45am. I received borderline spam text reminders beginning a week out, even after I had confirmed to the first text. In addition to the texts they sent me reminder emails each of the 3 days leading up to the appointment. When I show up, the lights were off and the door was locked. Really pissed me off, cause I'm driving down from Bangor and there was not even a sign in the window say "sorry, family emergency" or something of that nature. Also the number on the door goes to a corporate office computer and when I finally talked to someone on the phone the person was in some remote location.

Called and made a morning appointment. Was specific that I needed the earliest appointment possible for work. I moved my schedule around and was there right at my appointment time. However, they were not! Lights out door locked. They were 10 minutes late to open. I had to cancel my appointment. They didn't apologize or anything. Just a blank stare. Their lack of holding to appointment schedule messed up my work morning for no reason.

I had an excellent outcome with my last minute appointment at this Eye Exam office connected to Costco Scarborough. Dr Conor is knowledgeable and experienced with a great attitude toward helping patients. I highly recommend this office and location.
