Janet at the Scarsborough Walmart Vision Center is the absolute GOAT! I was visiting from Vermont and accidentally sat in my glasses. Not only did she try to locate my frames over the phone but she also attempted to repair my glasses. While she was unable to do so (and the frame I had was no longer in production) we were able to locate a new frame that fit my lenses perfectly. She exchanged them right there and I left within 10 minutes. She was extremely kind and helpful! Give that woman a raise.

Poor fitting of glasses, low customer service to assist, sometimes shut their system down before their posted hours end so they can't help with anything they need access to your account for. Great selection of glasses.

I had very good help from Carol at the Scarborough Walmart Vision Center. She helped me figure out and understand my new Vision insurance. She helped pick out the best frames for me. Carol was very friendly and patient. She gave me exactly the help and time I needed. I recommend them as a high quality and excellent service.

After three years of a very EXPENSIVE pair of glasses- and one horrible break down the center of them, I was in NEED of a replacement. Even with insurance, it was not covering much and I didn't feel right spending $600 + again on glasses. Short story: I went into the Scarborough, Maine Eye Center to look for a replacement pair. Eric was our associate and he could not have been more wonderful. Although I was not initially sold on a forever pair, he did help me replace my current lenses with a more inexpensive frame to get me through in the meantime. For under $50 I have a great pair of glasses again. Thank you Eric for being so accommodating, and helpful!!

Be very careful when getting glasses at Walmart
If you are planning on returning the glasses as I was because they kept giving me headaches even after being adjusted more than once.The date you ORDERED them is the date they go by not the date u pick them up.
I'm trying to find out who the regional manager is and I'm going to dispute the charge with Walmart.
Just be careful they will not work with you, except to offer to adjust them,and I told them I am not cpming out every week to have them adjusted.

My husb went back to seek help and return contacts ordered through Walmart vision center (new prescription) They ordered the wrong power (unless I'm fine with "almost perfect vision")We had questions about the script they ordered, asked if they could please help and contact my OD in deciphering the written script, He was told it wasn't their job, HELP WITH A EYE PRESCRIPTION WASN'T THEIR JOB. So that's a NO on coordinated and integrated patient care! Carol and John were ABSOLUTELY no help. So if you don't have a hard copy of your script, or have questions concerning your written script, YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK, and it's left up to you to figure it out. We will NOT be returning to THIS WM vision. I am disgusted with the outcome, as this is NOT how healthcare works, as a RN for 30+ yrs I would NEVER leave someone to "figure it out"
They refuse to take back the contacts or exchange for correct script bc I hastily opened the outside box, so I'm out $80, which is upsetting, but fine.
BTW they do not have an OD on staff, was told by Carol & John to go elsewhere for an exam, which is how I got into this mess. I applaud my husb for remaining so calm.
