Amazing team, exceptionally kind & helpful! I flew home unexpectedly for a family emergency, and ran out of contact lenses when I stayed longer than expected. Despite having not been their patient in about a decade, Casco Bay EyeCare helped me get another week's worth of lenses, even getting them to me the same day I called. I went to see Dr. Nickerson because I thought I needed a stronger prescription. But she was able to catch subtle changes in one eye, and immediately got me set up for further testing. She essentially caught my Multiple Sclerosis early, with the only changes being the small vision issues she found. If it wasn't for her and her team, I would have not been caught so early, and would likely have suffered further neurological issues that I may never have fully recovered from, before I got a diagnosis. And I cannot say enough praises about Norma, who personally reached out to me every day to see how I was doing as I was navigating a busy ER and neurology workup. Amazing team, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants great eye care!

I was on a trip to Maine from NYC with 6 of my friends, out of which 3 of us ended up either popping a lens out of our glasses or needing tightening. TJ and the front staff were so kind and took care of it for us free of charge in under a minute. Having been turned down once already at another spot, we were nervous about encountering another letdown. But this office saved our entire trip. We're so grateful for them! It's truly a great place!
