Pro Vision Center saved my vacation. My progressive glasses snapped in half the night I arrived in Portland for a wedding. I went to Pro Vision Center the next morning just hoping they could do something to help me. Kimberly was right on it and found a pair of frames that fit my lenses, even though they were bought overseas and not standard. I was in and out in 15 minutes and able to see to drive. Shop local!

We stopped in today after having a less than helpful (and somewhat rude) experience at nearby Lens Crafters. The woman who assisted us was incredibly helpful and understanding of the rush situation we were in. They were able to get my son's prescription glasses done the same day, and the customer service was outstanding. We will definitely come back!

Stopped in after having some issues at a couple other places. I was greeted and told her what I was looking for. Within 5 to 10 minutes we had picked out glasses and sunglasses. Unfortunately even though they accept eye med, my specific plan didn't consider them in network. I didn't make a purchase, but she was one of the most helpful people I've encountered when looking for glasses. Very helpful in explaining different aspects of choosing frames and lenses.

I love this place! I had an emergency with my glasses and I went to so many places, this was the only place that helped me quickly. My glasses had broke and I needed a pair fast because I can't drive at night without them. They had my prescription done within 30 minutes of me arriving to their store. Very few places have a lab onsite. SCREW EYEMART, COME HERE!!! Thanks everyone at ProVision!
