Everyone here was super polite and nice. I was able to get my old man vision corrected with the bad news that i needed trifocals. Well turns out they are super easy to use and the team helped me put together a nice set of glasses that corrected my vision at every level. Luckily I am fortunate & only need to be seen every 2 years. Peter Kohler has been my doctor for many years. He & the staff are always professional, give me options on the best ways to keep my eyes healthy. Have had to have treatments in between visits for other eye problems and was seen almost immediately & treated. My hubby sees Peter every 6 months for his eyes. We have never been disappointed in the care received. Would highly recommend.

I called because I could not remember which office in town I had scheduled an appointment with and I scheduled 6 months in advance. I simply asked if I had an appointment here, gave my information, and the lady who responded was very rude and told me that I did not and hung up abruptly afterwards. Terrible customer service skills, glad I do not have to deal with her again!
