Kennebec Eye Care

I had my first appointment today and I was more than happy with the services I received! I was greeted with smiles from everyone! Darcy and Dr. Perridy were GREAT! They explained everything and gave many options! Thank you for great service, and I'm looking forward to next appointment for contacts

Plenty of parking. Well established optometry practice with 3 doctors and knowledgeable staff. In addition to medical services they have comprehensive eye glass and contact services. Recommend.

Dr. Brann performed a wonderful and thorough eye exam on my daughter. However, be warned! Their website states they accept most insurances and vision plans... they don't. They accept one SINGULAR vision insurance plan. Lastly, it would be nice if front desk staff could act like they care a little bit more. Makes for a not so great first impression when you walk in.

I was worried about having to find a new optometrist as my old one closed. I walked into Kennebec Eye Care and in only a few minutes was accepted as a new patient. Easy-peasy. Such helpful folks.

Incredibly kind staff, was able to see me same day I called, surprisingly affordable! I wish I lived closer. :)

My wife and I needed to find a new provider because our employer's insurance carrier had changed. We decided on this location. We were very happy with the experience. We were taken in on time and everyone was very pleasant. Kaylee Brann was our provider and she was very friendly and informative. She took the time to answer our questions. I look forward to continuing our eye care here.

Used to love this place for my wife and I. Not going to now just got off the phone with a women rep who was extremely rude. First she couldn't find me in the system and told me I don't exist or have never been. First lie there have been here 3-4 times before 2020 when I got my glasses prescription from them. However she found my wife no problem and then told me I told her my birthday wrong or I don't know my birthday. Then asked for my insurance. Just to tell me they don't except that have to pay out of pocket and will not use our second insurance and told me we have to figure out because they wont use the first or second and we have to pay out of pocket or not go at all. Never again not getting spoke to this way or go back to this place.

I had an amazing experience here! The staff was incredibly friendly. The exam was very quick, and they were so careful not to do any procedures (like eye dilation) that could affect my milk since I am nursing. They were easy to talk to about my concerns and the contacts I ordered came within two days. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone I know in need of an eye exam. :) Thank you!
