Gray Family Vision is amazing! Worked with me on an appointment error (I had wrong date)...they were quick, efficient, friendly and the office team is just fabulous! Highly recommend if you are looking for a new vision practice...you won't find any better!

Attention to detail, helpful and courteous, both in front and back of the house. I don't have any kind of eye insurance, and found them to be reasonably priced for one stop shopping. Highly recommend.

Went in as a new patient and had a lovely experience! The doctor was great, and the front desk staff was super helpful in navigating insurance. 4 stars because I ordered contacts through them, and did not receive for several weeks. I called to inquire about the status to find there had been a mistake and they were not ordered. Totally understand mistakes happen, but still frustrating to ration my daily disposable contacts for almost a month.

I recently had a very pleasant visit at the Windham office and I would highly recommend starting a relationship here if in need of any eye care. I had not been able to come in for an exam in quite some time and they were still very kind considering. All of the staff went above and beyond to provide any information I needed and they were extremely dedicated to their jobs. I recieved excellent care. Everyone in this office is passionate and dedicated to their work so you know you're in great hands! I'm thankful for what turned out to be a comfortable and pleasant experience. The best experience I've had of all the places I did business with. Dr. Cook was simply amazing to work with. I have never received such a thorough visit before. He took the time to field all of my questions, and I had many. His level of expertise I have yet to see its equal. I will now bring my whole family here!
