Affordable Optics

As a college student, I really needed help quickly and Affordable Optics came through. They were able to get me in and out fast without making me wait days for an appointment. The staff was kind, patient, and explained everything clearly so I didn't feel confused or pressured. They even gave me free samples, which honestly helped a lot since glasses and eye care can get expensive on a student budget. The whole visit felt welcoming and stress-free. If you need eye care that is fast, affordable, and actually cares about students, I definitely recommend this place. 10/10 experience!

We had an excellent experience. From the moment my wife Linda & I walked in until the end of the visit, the entire staff was exceptionally courteous, kind, and friendly. Renee took the time to explain different types of frames and helped us understand the options that would best fit our needs. The eye exam itself was handled very professionally, and I felt confident in the thoroughness and care provided. What truly stood out, though, was Renee's personal attention. She spent a great deal of time with us, never rushing, and genuinely wanted to help us find eyewear we would be comfortable and happy with. Overall, it was a warm, positive experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for high-quality service, professional eye exams, and a team that truly cares about its customers.

When I arrived at Affordable Optics for the first time I saw a person tidying up the area in front of the shop. I had no idea that that person was Monique, the expert who was able to repair my broken Burberry frames in less than 10 minutes. Once she came inside the shop, she washed her hands, examined my frames and selected the perfect sized replacement screw on within seconds. Next she made sure all the rest of my screws on the frame were sufficiently tight and game my lenses a fresh wipe down . Monique was more than happy to fix my glasses and I recommend this business to anyone without hesitation. Check them out!

Fantastic experience! Renee was extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. The eye exam was professional. Renee spent a lot of time with us, giving great guidance on frames and never rushed the process, allowing time for us to make our selections. EDIT: I'm updating my rating from 2/5 stars to 4/5 stars due to the diligence on Ms. Renee and the staff at Affordable Optics. As I mentioned before, the women in this office have been nothing but kind to me, even when I sometimes let my frustrations get the best of me. They were honest and as helpful as they could be. They comped another pair of glasses for me (beautiful by the way), as well as a supply of contact lenses. I really appreciate everything they've done and the fact that they didn't let me slip through the cracks Original post: I just sat on hold the entirety of my lunch break (over 30 minutes) waiting to follow up on a pair of glasses I ordered June 4th. Today is August 22nd. According to them it's the labs fault. Honestly though, it doesn't matter who's at fault. I can't see and I really am in need of glasses. I asked for a refund for the glasses at the beginning of August, since it had been two months already, and Affordable Optics basically said they didn't think it was fair to issue a refund if they didn't do anything wrong. We went back and forth for about 15 minutes that day. Well, that was 3 weeks ago. Today I give 2 stars because I can't overlook the fact that everyone in the office is pleasant and kind, but no one takes accountability for the shortcomings of their processes. Somehow, they find a way to make this long wait for my glasses my fault or the labs fault. There is a BIG opportunity for improvement with their organization, communication, and accountability.

I lost my only pair of glasses and need a solution ASAP. Affordable Optics was amazing! They had great customer service, listened to my concerns and helped me get a temporary solution while a permanent solution (a new pair of glasses) was being worked on.
