Today was my first visit to Katzen Eyes and I am happy to report my experience was outstanding. The entire staff was not only efficient workers, they were very friendly and pleasant to interact with. The doctor got right with me and before long my checkup was done and the appropriate prescription glasses were issued. Staff set me up with the glasses my insurance covered and was helpful in my choosing frames. I'll have my new glasses in a couple of weeks.

My experience was very pleasant. The staff was very nice, the staff helped me calm myself down cuz I never had a eye exam before so I was a little nervous they talked me through what was happening. I would rate a 15/10 because I was very happy with the service that I received.

Check in person was very nice and quickly got me checked in. Only waited for a few minutes to be taken back to get numbing and dialating. Went back to the waiting room but only had to wait a few minutes to be taken back to have pictures taken of my eyes. Went back to the waiting room, just a few minutes before I was seated to be seen by the retina specialist. Only waited a few minutes before he saw me and after an extensive consultation was very relieved that he didn't find my retina tearing or pulling away. He explained exactly what was going on with my eyes in terms that were easy to understand. Last person I dealt with when checking out quickly scheduled my next visit and provided me with sunglasses and a parking pass. Very impressed with the professionalism and the treatment I received. Thank you!

Only reason why I don't leave max star cause I feel like it's saying that they're perfect. I feel like no one is perfect at the job. But I did enjoy my time there every one was super nice and good to be around. Wish they'd had more fully customaztion for glasses inot shades with frames. But otherwise it was super nice. Will be sticking with them, for length of time they stay at my birth hospital.

I have only had to come twice. Overall, I've had a pleasant experience. Today I had a different doctor and she was SO PLEASANT. loved her energy (Dr. Kay). I did have a few questions and she was able to answer them and put me at ease. The person who assisted with my eyeglass selection was very helpful and down to earth. I appreciated her customer service (thanks Amanda)! I initially chose this office because of the location (downtown Baltimore) is walking distance. I haven't been disappointed!
