My experience was at the Windsor mill office was Great. Staff was very professional. Dr Carroll makes you feel like family. She always take time to answer questions and make sure you have a clear understanding of her reportings. The customer service from everyone in the office is a wonderful experience.

The service was pretty decent but the wait time was horrible. My appointment time was 10;10 and it took me almost an hour and a half to finally see the Dr which made me miss my other appointments do the day. They were apologetic but that still doesn't denounce the fact you had customers waiting for over an hour to be seen by the Dr. Some of the nurses were constantly on their personal phones texting and having inappropriate conversations while tending to clients.

They do not return phone calls. I have been trying to make an appointment! I have left numerous messages to call me for an appointment no call back. I feel like they do not care. Pathetic! This is a terrible way to treat patients! (December 30 2025)
