This Barenburg Eye Associates closed down permanently on November 14th,2025. They have other places that are available around the area, but not in the city of Baltimore. Sad to see them close down. Was at that location for over 50 plus years. My mother was a client there before she died. Hope they can open another place somewhere in the city soon.

Great experience working with the Dr - so patient and thorough! The "help" barely had the time of day for me selecting/fitting glasses - overwhelmed with her hot flashes and really didn't seem to know much about the frames. Staff just didn't seem interested in customer service like the Dr was.

Dundalk office, everyone is nice except for the ladies behind the check-in counter, rude I mean RUDE!! They even have signs up that say something to the effect of ( we do our job just fine, if you think you can do better, then apply). Now, if you have to put up a sign stating this, then apparently you are getting alot of negative feedback that you know about. SO CHANGE

Today, I had an appointment with Barenburg Eye Associates on Park Avenue. I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Hur,
Tech Selena & Tech Sharlita. It's refreshing to experience a professional, fast, and friendly service. The office was clean and had such a friendly atmosphere. I don't think I have ever had such a thorough eye exam in my life. I would definitely recommend barenburg Eye Associates to all friends and family. However, these 3 stood out above the rest. Super Friendly and Professional.
