Horrible I would never go here again. A few months ago my wife went for a routine eye exam and was charged the copay plus a $50 second copay for a contact lens exam.
Never was she explained until after the exam was done and was strong armed to pay it or they refused to give her the prescription. We've been arguing with them ever since about it. Rude and unethical staff.

This place definitely put customers first and they take their time with you and make sure you have what you need before you leave them. At least for me so hopefully they act accordingly with everyone, overall nice small place and welcoming.
