I received more than what I asked for or expected! Ms. Chong is the reason. As soon as I picked 4pm for an appointment, my phone rang. It was Ms. Chong, "Mr. Mundy, you have an email, please fill out and digitally sign the form and I will see you at four". A very pleasant voice but giving firm instructions. I take to that approach; I am a Marine. I was running late and called to let her know but no answer. I showed up eight minutes late and was met by a very pleasant Ms. Chong. She was very interactive and explained all the procedures and answered any questions I had. We talked the whole time I was there, and she helped me pick out frames suitable for me. The entire experience was enhanced because of Ms. Chong. I highly recommend BJ's Optical!

Came to drop off my glasses for an RX update and they closed early and had to have my retired mother take them in since the optical shop closes at 6 and I can't make it in time. Had some issues with picking them also and when I talked to the store manager and some assistant manager with sleeve tattoos they were both very rude and refused to help me. Management is worthless at this location.

I had problems seeing out of my glasses when I got them the first time. They were blurry and a bad eye strain feeling. I couldn't wear them. I was tested again , and still felt like there was a slight blur to those glasses. I wore them for approx a week and went back ,distance was still slightly off reading was good. I could live with these. No eye strain ! Mrs. Chung the woman that worked with me from beginning to end assured me that she would make things right. AND SHE DID !!
