Caitlyn was great! Very knowledgeable and answers all of my questions on the phone before I booked my appt! I arrived and they saw me right on time and when I paid, there were no surprises, just as she told me. Great service all the way around!

Ordered contacts months ago and just realized they labeled them wrong. Have been wearing the wrong contacts in each eye for months. SMH poor attention to detail.

Kaitlyn was wonderful as was the rest of the staff. This was my first pair of glasses, besides reading glasses. We tried progressives and they just weren't for me. They were so patient and nice to work with. I ended up with bifocals which are just what I needed. But I can't say enough about how great the staff was to work with. I highly recommend them!

Ms. Dawn leads you to the exam room. There she personably and professionally directs a preliminary exam. Thereafter two medical professionals conduct and then review your tele-examination. Afterwards, Ms. Dawn led me to Ms. Kaitlyn. Ms. Kaitlyn, aware of my optometric peculiarities, did more than rubber stamp the doctor's order. She reviewed it with me in mind. Noticing the need for supplementation, she and Ms. Dawn contacted the doctor and amended the order. Personable. Professional. Thorough. Personalized. Very happy with exam and how I was treated. Chances are high that you will be too.

I am so happy with my new glasses! I got two pair of progressive lenses, one pair first time with transition feature. Absolutely thrilled with these selections! Dawn was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me pick out frames. With Katlyn, the optical manager, also contributing her expertise, the team provided an experience full of knowledge and trust. Being my first time buying glasses at BJ's, I would definitely return, and most certainly recommend BJ's, especially this team, for exams and glasses.

My appointment went very smoothly. Dawn is an absolute professional. She explained the process - which was new to me - and was friendly throughout my visit. She thoroughly explained each step of the appointment and assisted me with the portions that were virtual. My only negative comment concerns price, not staff. I would have thought my eye exam would be less than $100 since I am a BJs member, and especially considering other places charge much less (or even include an exam when you purchase contacts or glasses). If I do not use this service again, it will likely be due to cost.

I've used several optical shops for prescription glasses in Baltimore City/Baltimore Cty. including one with a rather prestigious name who failed miserably twice! Other shops were just simply over priced with little to show for it. I took a chance and used the BJ's Optical shop in the Canton store, three years ago and could not have been more pleased and happy with the end result. My glasses were perfect. I have several pairs (reading and bi-focal) around the house for convenience so after "testing" BJ's with the first perfect pair, I followed up with several additional pairs to be filled and was so happy with the results. Pricing was fantastic and very reasonable. The additional pairs, perfect and the staff of opticians couldn't have been more professional, friendly, responsive to questions and just down right pleasant to work with. I whole-heartedly recommend this optical shop and will promise you, you will glad you used them.

I'm not sure that this diagnosis and testing for eye glasses using teleconference is an effective way to do an eye exam. My first glasses were measured incorrect for reading. I had to have them redone.
