First time at Charm City Optical & Eye Care Center January 29, 2026. When I tell you this place is beautiful in scenery And the Staff, Oh my gosh are so pleasant and patient. These are the outstanding beautiful inside and out Ladies that I encountered while visiting... Ms. Christina-Assistant to Doctor, we chatted and I felt like we were sitting on the porch, only thing that was missing was coffee. Sincerely friendly!!!! Dr. Kasner, Wow such a gentle hearted person. She's careful when using equipment near persons face and eyes. Also, super Sincerely friendly!!!! Ms. Shayla-Optician, has a smile that makes you feel as if it's spring weather, warm and friendly. Sincerely friendly!!!! Ms. Shanna-Front Desk Receptionist, pleasant and inviting with a soft tone to her voice when giving directives for paperwork. Sincerely friendly!!!!

I visited Charm City to get my eyeglasses repaired. I had a great experience, as always. Shayla waited on me she was very patient with me, though I was not. She even added a pair of glasses I liked to my profile for a future purchase. The repair was quick and affordable. I recommend you visit Charm City Optical. Clean and Professional.

I waited to go through the entire process before writing this review- from making the appointment to picking up my glasses. Before selecting Charm City Optical for my annual exam and purchasing frames, I've visited to other two optical businesses. Charm City Optical is unique. From their customer service to support with selecting my frames, top tier! I was impressed! Ashley and Talia (spelling maybe incorrect) were great. They walked around with me to show me my options of frames. They asked key questions about price and styles. One thing that I did not want was having to adjust me glasses to read by holding them up or pulling them when not reading. Talia took her time and measured the lens to avoid from doing this. Simple details like this make me a returning customer. They paid attention to detail. The doctor was great as well! She was patient and she did tests that I never experience at other optical businesses. I finally selected business that stands behind their brand.

I feel so special from the time I enter the establishment. Im always greeted with a friendly smile The staff feel like my friends. The quality of the products and service are top shelf. The service is superb. A one stop shop for your eyecare needs. They make sure I'm a very happy customer when I leave. That's why I always go to Charm City Optical.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at charm city optical. My last eye exam was three years ago with another facility. I decided to come to charm city because my previous glasses never felt quite right. My vision was still flawed and I still struggled to read. Once I walked in I was created promptly by a representative named Brooke and was told I would be seen shortly. After filling out some short paperwork I was promptly able to see a specialist who quickly identified my problem and put me through several eye test to make sure I had the correct lenses. While in the exam chair I immediately noticed a difference and was able to see up close and far away with clarity. I was excited to receive my new glasses and see the world. After my exam I was told to wait for someone to help me pick out TWO frames. Before I could even sit down to wait, I was greeted by guess who? Brooke again! She already had a handful of frames ready for me to choose from. She sat with me and explained how these "progressive lenses" work and helped me pick two pairs that I was thrilled to have. She even explained how to take care of my new glasses because apparently I've been cleaning my old pair incorrectly. She was very patient because I went back and forth deciding on which pair to get and also answered all of my many questions I forgot to ask the specialist. I have my first pair already and I am already tickled to death and walking around exploring the world with my new eyes. I will definitely tell all of my friends charm city is the way to go.

Love Charm City Optical the staff is very friendly and they have amazing selection of frames from designer to the ones the insurance cover. They even have different payment options when getting frames. I been coming here for 5 years now I highly recommend them if you looking for something unique and different.

The sign in process was easy and there was no wait time today. Brooke assisted me by showing me several good choices for frames, from which I was able to make an informed decision. She was also helpful in explaining additional options for my lens and she readily answered all of my questions and addressed my concern should there be a need for adjustment to my bifocal line when my glasses are ready to be picked up.
