I was greeted with such great customer service with your team Mrs. Rose, Mrs. Sandra, Mrs. Nicole and my Ms. Bri. However your front desk assistant KENDRA was extremely rude again. The first time Mrs. Bri step because KENDRA was very unprofessional and this time when I approached KENDRA's desk she told me I need to go to someone else because she was busy. She wasn't kind, she made me realize I was in her space. I felt very disrespected and wasn't given the customer service by KENDRA but the other team members intervened and smooth the situation in a very professional manner. As a Director for Marriott hotels she would never be frontline at any Marriott I managed. KENDRA is not the face of Katzen Eye. The atmosphere is wonderful and the service is fast with no issues. I still rate you guys a 10 with KENDRA'S poor customer service. Thanks and I look forward to seeing you guys again. Happy Holidays to the whole staff and thank you.
