Friendly and professional staff. I was greeted and felt welcome upon entering the office. The wait was a little longer than expected, but not too bad this time. Not complaining because the delay is due to the care and attention Dr Lakhanpal gives to his patients.

Dr Lakhanpal was great. He was so nice and he explained everything. He took his time to figure out what is going on. I would refer him to everybody that needs a specialist for their eyes. I will definitely go to him again.

I have been to three other doctors over several years for the same condition and have never experienced the level of courtesy I receive each time I am seen by Dr. Lakhanpal and his team. They appreciate how important a patient's time is and provide excellent care in a thorough and caring manner.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE FROM CHECK IN TO EXIT. A professional and polite staff. First time ever having eye pressure taken without being punched in the eyes. Dr.Lakhanpal is a skilled/competent physician who explains the findings of tests and scans to determine current as well as future procedures to enhance eye health. The timing and precision as it relates to the application of the Eylea treatment was perfect this time. No pain, not even a prick or sense of pressure during the injection. So Thankful to have found such a competent Retina Center nearby.

Place is fine, wait isn't bad. Dr. Lakhanpal was quite short and even borderline rude the 2 times I saw him. He seemed to think I was fishing for surgery, which I was not. I was hoping for an answer/explanation for visual distortion following cataract surgery performed elsewhere. If some means to improve visual acuity/minimize this distortion were identified, I would have been interested in exploring that. But we never got that far. He did finally give me the name of another doctor who might be willing to discuss options. Maybe higher magnification reading glasses would help, I don't know, but being dismissed abruptly did not.

Dr. Lakhanpal and his entire staff are very professional and friendly. Dr. Lakhanpal truly cares about his patients and is ready to answer all your questions. I have never felt like I was being rushed in any of my visits. He is very knowledgeable and can communicate things in terms that a nonprofessional can understand.
