This is the best place to get your glasses. I bought a pair of frames over two years ago. They were broken due to circumstances beyond my control. Eye Candy looked up my order and checked to see if they had any more in stock. When that didn't shoe any they contacted the manufacturer and had them shipped to the store. My daughter picked them up and brought them to a friend who was returning to Israel where I now live. Thank you so much for the awesome service.

I have wanted to write a bad review for a while but didn't want it getting back to me. But seeing the other bad reviews, I decided to go for it. My dad and I both purchased glasses and we were both very angry by the results. Their frames are boring so even the frames I got based on trendiness and to make them pop were mediocre at best. I regret getting to metal added for sunglasses because I used them ONCE and found they were scratched up. Thanks for the waste. My dad has it worse as his glasses were the wrong prescription. We have both gotten new glasses since then and are glad to be rid of those awful glasses from Eye Candy. Never again. You're better off shopping at VisionWorks or America's Best. My current glasses were roughly $300 and way better than the overall $1k I spent on the garbage they sold me at Eye Candy. Ironic that a store named after looking good would have such mediocre stuff in store. The only thing good was the one employee who was really nice. I don't remember his name tho. Either way, will never return and frankly, had I known the price, I would never have shopped there to begin with.

I had an incredible experience at Eye Candy!! I decided to switch back to glasses after a couple of years of wearing contacts, and I went into the store with an idea of the style that I wanted. I found some frames that I absolutely adore - they're a perfect fit and look great. The staff were very helpful and I was able to take my time trying on frames. Their service was amazing, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new pair of glasses

What a wonderful place to find glasses! Fantastic selection of frames we don't see other places, and they were so skilled and patient helping me pick out glasses that looked great. The customer service was above and beyond!

I had heard this place advertised many times on public radio and gave it a try when the time came to get a couple pairs of glasses. I enjoyed their selection and picked out two frames. The wait time for these frames turned out to be quite long. Weeks and weeks. There were several back-and-forth exchanges throughout, about availability of colors, etc. I understand that supply chain issues are impacting many businesses and so didn't attribute this to the business, but I had to call back repeatedly to inquire about when the frames would be in since a number of estimates they'd given me for when they'd be in came and went with no call. It seemed like I needed to constantly initiate the exchange. I got a voicemail at one point that the lenses were in. I said I'd stop by that day to get them; turns out they just wanted to let me know they'd arrived--they asked if I wanted to have the lenses put in the frames. Of course I did--but I was told I'd then need to wait for them to do this, which added more days to the wait time. When the glasses were finally ready I picked them up and was glad to get home. I found later that evening, unfortunately, that one of the pairs of glasses had one lens not fully installed in the frame; it was sticking out a bit and I hadn't noticed this at the store. I tried several times to arrange to come in and have them pop the frame in, and determined time frames that would work for me to stop by, but each time I came, the store was closed, either due to staff vacations or with no reason given. I have also found after a couple months of wearing the glasses that on the other pair, for some reason, one lens is covered in little small scuffs. I literally use the glasses only to read indoors; I have no idea whether this had to do with the type of lens that was installed or what, but it's frustrating. I only use the cloth that the store gave me to clean them. I've given up on dealing with the store because it took a lot of effort on my part, including taking time off work to go get frames adjusted that they hadn't correctly installed, and am still left with a couple imperfect pairs of glasses. I recommend you seek glasses elsewhere unless you have a lot of time to manage this relationship.

Went in to get my glasses fixed (a screw fell out). My glasses were fixed and cleaned fast and for free. They told me to donate some money to charity (such as the ASPCA) instead of paying them for the screw. Excellent customer service and happy to give some money to a great charity like the ASPCA!

Was in there all of five minutes and the owner asked me what I did for work, why wasn't I at work today, and scolded me for putting my phone on the table in front of the mirror while she pushed glasses into my hand. If you don't dress up for this lady expect to be made to feel uncomfortable.

Best selection of unique frames. The staff is great with fitting frames to the shape of your face. We moved to Arizona a few years ago and we still have eye candy send us our frames. They are the best!
