I really enjoyed my time with this office! The doctor was great and the staff took the time with me to explain benefits and options. This is my new eye doctor for sure!

The office visit was fine and the Dr. was friendly and did a decent eye exam. I had an eye exam and needed to have the doctor's office send my screening results to the Maryland Department of Motor Vehicles to renew my license. The Office manager completed the MVA form and I received 2 restrictions on my drivers license application that were a result of errors entered by the office manager. It took me several phone calls to the DMV and several emails to Innovision to straighten out the mess which I paid 39.95 out of pocket for them to complete. The office manager explained that this had never happened before, and I have a hard time believing that since he has no way of knowing what restrictions are put on a client's license until the client pays to renew the license online and some may not know that the restrictions were put on in error. Bottom line beware of MVA transactions and double check Innovisions work. Also be careful of up charges, drops in your eye or not 39.95 upcharge, frames covered by insurance but an extra 20 bucks upcharge for certain ones lenses covered by your insurance but certain non scratch antiglare, Basic 41.00 upcharge. Eye exam and 1 pair of reading glasses and MVA form completion. Their price 517.00 minus insurance 86.00 out of pocket. Do your homework before visiting.

A lovely experience as usual! A thorough exam, clear explanation regarding my eye health and changes to my prescription, followed by excellent help to choose frames and great explanation of my vision benefits.

Love the atmosphere, the doctor and staff. Just found out that it is a small business and I will continue to support. Keep up the great work and selection!

Other than appointment running a little late, good experience overall, both with the Doctor and Technician. Pleasant, fast, efficient, customer oriented. I'll continue to use them in the future.

Great People, Great Service, but InnoVision is way overpriced. The frames you sold me for $405.00 / $229.00 with my insurance; I have found cost between $120.00 and $269.00 other places. Kenny Horne
