The behavior of the receptionist is very disgusting or whoever is in charge of the phone. I called trying to make an appointment and I was hung up on. I was literally mid convo. The person was very disrespectful and even sounded rude as soon as she heard I was a student. Like??!! btw this isn't reflective of the Doctor as I wasn't even able to schedule an appointment. Some type of action needs to be taken, cause I've read reviews in which people had the same experience.

Dr Jensen is about as far from grouchy as is possible. He is a wonderful doctor and my husband and I look forward to our appointments. I have been going to Dr Jensen for over 20 years, and I am even now driving into Baltimore to see him now that he no longer comes to Annapolis. That is a very big deal for me - I don't drive into Baltimore to see very many people!

OMG !! I MISS HIM TERRIBLY !! i moved to PA several years ago and had to give him up. Had exam today by apparent 12 year old --and am grateful i am 87, so hope my vision will last as long as I do !! Don't pay attention to the people who are ageists and don't like dealing with people over 40!! It's their loss. This is a terrific, experienced doctor who you can trust. And, he and his office staff are so nice, it makes the experience a very pleasant one!!
