My appointment was very fast the doctor was very nice. My Sales person was so polite and helped me try on frames and pick them out. We had a wonderful vibe and conversation. She customized my sale to my comfort. And I will be back again to see them. Every one was very welcoming. I do recommend.

Cody was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Very patient, kind as well as patient. He took his time with me to help me choose exactly what I wanted. Thank you. Dr. Wood was also very good. I feel comfortable with his exam and his personality is awesome. Every one else was quite pleasant. I will definitely recommend LensCrafters. My wife and I have purchased glasses before.

On our recent visit to the store we were assisted by Abigail. She was fantastic. Very efficient. Very informative. Very knowledgeable. Great experience in the store from all employees that we encountered as well.

My last experience in January 2025 at a location in Towson had soured me on Lenscrafters. My experience with Helen and the staff at the Nottingham location in the White Marsh Mall was a relationship saver. They were all aware, and attentive as I entered the store, even as they were working with other clients. Helen ultimately helped me as my need came with a backstory, so her experience made for a very smooth process. Overall the impression I was left with was of a cohesive group of professionals, who were customer service oriented, aimiable, and helpful. Thank you all.

I'm leaving this review after a very frustrating experience at this LensCrafters location. I called ahead to confirm two things before booking: 1. If they take my insurance 2. If I could schedule just for a contact fitting with any doctor online I was told YES to both. So I booked my appointment 2.5 weeks in advance. Again 2.5 weeks in advance!!! When I arrived, without even asking my information the lady immediately told me I could not be seen because the fitting "must be done by the same doctor" who did my exam in January. This was a completely different information and I was very confused. What made it frustrating? They had two and a half weeks to notify me of this, yet the only call they made was 30 minutes before my appointment, when I was already driving to the store. I even responded to all their automated messages to confirm my appointment with them days prior. **For anyone planning to make an appointment here please be aware: Communication is NOT as reliable as you would expect from such a well-known company. My time was wasted and the whole situation could have been avoided if someone paid attention and communicated ahead of time. Policies are fine but everyone deserves to receive information and timely updates. I truly hope this location improves how they build relationships with their customers. Definitely never coming back here!

I highly urge and recommend not only LENSCRAFTERS for great value, excellent selection and as I am a returning customer gladly confirm the excellent vision results with my LENSCRAFTERS specs last time. Even better! Ask for Helen if you want a truly professional and pleasant experience. Helen is everything LENSCRAFTERS offers. She's great!

Lenscrafters at White Marsh is great. I've never had a problem with anyone there. They have always been kind, honest and very knowledgeable! Yesterday I had Assistant Manager Glenn helping me out and he was great!

My experience was really good Cody had my glasses frames replaced quick and even cleaned them for me he was really nice about it too, Thank you again Cody for helping me out.
