Great experience! I was afraid expecting to get hard contact lenses. The Doctor was able to have me fitted for the sofr lenses. He explained to me thoroughly everything that was going on. My mind is at ease now.

Can never get ahold of them . No return calls from messages left for a month . Then get the time to ride out they are only open 1 day and that is a Wednesday. Had to come back next day to be told that they had a problem with the frames . But no one ever called to let us know so had to pick out new frames and while we was there someone else had to take off from their work to do the same thing
............and now been 2 weeks tried calling and left messages and still no response. .. so I must say stay away until they get it figured out (((((. Stay away ))))

"I had a mixed experience at this clinic. The doctors are excellent and very professional, which I truly appreciated. However, I found the staff to be quite rude and inconsiderate. On multiple occasions, they hung up the phone while I was still speaking. I hope they can improve their customer service to match the quality of the medical care provided."

I was very satisfied with my visit. The new doctor was friendly and efficient. She listened to MY concerns and did not rush me through the eye examination. I truly appreciated that she gave me the opportunity to go back and review the options while clicking through the test. Which is clearer, 1 or 2? I have always found that part of the exam to be frustrating but this young and very kind doctor made me quite comfortable and I'm sure the results of my exam are accurate.
