This little shop is a real gem! I felt like a kid in a candy store. Jordan (the owner) has a true eye for unique and modern frames. I've been a lens crafter's shopper for 20+ years, but I can't imagine going back to those basic, cookie-cutter glasses. From the moment we walked in, Jordan, Kai and Jay were handpicking the most interesting frames that really fit my face. It was such a fun experience. I'm already excited to go back again next year! Looking forward to picking my new glasses up at the Bel Air location in the next week or so. Really convenient for me as a Harf. Co. resident. Thanks again, guys!

Coolest frames in the city! Great customer service. They fixed my frames--that I had bought somewhere else--and I got a glimpse of their cute store full of amazing frames. If you like non-boring glasses--Go Here.

You can get a 2-for offer any wear if you want some generic glasses - they're probably close enough to much of the common-stock stuff out there. If you want to find glasses that are more unique, you'll have to find a unique optician - look no further. My first time has been a fabulous experience! If you're looking for unique style and understand that it's a little bit more expensive, this is the best place in Baltimore and the surrounding area. I wanted to go way out of my comfort-zone with my next pair of glasses. I dug around looking for a place that carries Theo eyewear and found Paris West. I drove 45 minutes to get there maybe 30 minutes to close. Mr. Raymond Jamaal Williams helped me and he's been an absolute pleasure to work with! I look forward to doing more business here in the next few weeks - they're looking into some additional options I'd like! I'm so thrilled with my first experience here - they're my goto store.

Paris West Optical is without a doubt, the best place that buy your glasses. For many years, I didn't really care about what my glasses looked like nor did I complain too much about the generic, free glasses my insurance got me. After accidentally sitting on an older paid of glasses and an increase in me caring about my appearance, I decided wanted to get something more unique and formal. Due to the 2020 lockdowns, I soon I found myself trying to figure out my face shape with YouTube videos, a bathroom mirror, and a dry erase board marker. Also tried some photoshop editing and digital overlays with the goal of seeing what frames would look good on me, but I didn't feel like I was getting what I wanted. That is where Paris West comes to the rescue. The appointment setup was a quick/easy phone call. When the day came, I was greeted by the entire team and surrounded by what looked like over 1000 glasses. Soon a man named Jordan (the owner) kindly introduced himself to me and I asked him for one the simple request; help me find 1 or 2 pairs of glasses that look good on me. With a big smile on his face he asked me to take a seat, adjust the viewing mirror, and started bringing me glasses to try on. I believe that we spent well over an hour trying on over 50 pairs of glasses! Throughout this processes I constantly asked for Jordans opinion and he was able to clearly explain what he was looking for when it came to frames (too wide, going over eyebrows, etc). When I found a pair that we both liked, I kept it off to the side and used that as my "comparison frame". I never felt rushed nor like I was taking up too much time. Looking back on it, this was truly a 1-on-1 session with a eyewear design expert. To showcase Jordan keen "eye" (pun intended) from his decades of experience, the 2nd pair of frames he gave me beat out all the others! This was the exact experience that I was looking for. Took a little over 2 weeks to put my lenses into the frames and pickup day they made sure everything fit correctly and even helped me fill out my insurance claim. The glasses are amazing and yes, I ended up buying 2 different pairs!! Jordan, Jason, and his entire team are professionals and experienced to the highest degree. TL;DR This is a fantastic team and I can't recommend them enough. Keep being awesome!

Best experience I've had--thorough exam and finding top-notch frames. I have new specs from Paris West Optical and I'm obsessed--thorough exam, perfect fit, and frames that actually feel like me.

Exceptional customer service. I have a difficult prescription to fill. Many optometrists aren't able to serve me. The owner Jordan went above and beyond to find a lab that could fill my prescription. When no other store had eyeglass frames that could handle my thick lenses, again, Jordan pulled through with his vast selection. I've not seen anything similar to my frames in any other shop. The optometrist on site is as wonderful. Very patient, kind, personable, and thorough. I've been wearing glasses since I was 6. An optometrist and eyeglass shop like this are extremely rare to find. All the staff I encountered were immediately attentive and nice. A 5-star experience for which I feel compelled to write a review.

Update- i went back to get new glasses here. Same great service, attention to detail, and looking out for what works on your face. Such a great place!! Original review- I just had the best experience buying glasses at Paris West! Such nice guys here. Jason took me through all of the glass shapes and found me a pair that really fits my face well. They really did a fantastic job. And they have a section of Prix Fixe frames that are more affordable but still nice if that's your thing.

I have been going to Paris West for more than 5 years. The owner Jordan really cares about getting your order right and ensuring that you have a good experience. I have always experienced superior customer service; they will go out of their way to help you and solve any problems. They only carry fashionable frames, are patient in helping you find the frame that works for your prescription, and are respectful of your budget. I completely trust them to get my order and really appreciate the personalized service and family vibe. Also, Dr. Rubin, who does eye exams there, is amazing at getting your correct prescription--an underappreciated skill!
