Physicians Eye Care & Laser Center

This is the worse service I have ever experienced, they are not organized and utilize your time to update information. I like my doctor at this facility but making an appointment is a nightmare. I have been trying to make an appt for 4 years and finally I made an appt which was cancelled because it was at wrong location and doctor. I made another appt at their availability to learn I needed a referral at the appt. And now while waiting for about 45 min to see a doctor I found another doctor who will see me tomorrow. When I asked to email my doctor I was informed doctors at physicians eye care takes no emails from patients. My husband has been using this facility for over 15 years and I been utilizing physicians eye care for many years. I hope my doctor drops this facility so I can use him again, he is a great surgeon and my husband no longer wears glasses for over 10 years. But because of your medical office staff I will no longer use physicians eye care. And I advise everyone to be aware of lack of appointment scheduling, too long wait!. Try other facilities who are very professional and organize. I gave one star because there is no option to give nothing.

Dr Wexler is the BEST!!! I had caderaic surgery in both eyes and my vision is great. Physicians Eye Care Staff made this procedure so easy. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The staff is wonderful and made this experience very easy for me. I would give them 10 plus stars. I would not go anywhere else. They are the BEST!!!!!

The ladies in the eye glass center are amazing. They go above and beyond to accommodate you. I expressed to Amy I was leaving shortly on a trip and she was able to expedite my glasses and get them back before my trip. Glasses turned out amazing. Excellent service.

Not a good experience - Dr. Warden appeared frustrated from the outset of the visit, was aggravated, and told me immediately that she was running behind before even doing anything. She seemed annoyed that I was asking for a glasses and lenses prescription, even though I had made it clear when I booked the appointment that this was the reason for my visit. They hadn't retained records of my prior contact lens prescription, and she said I'd have to "figure it out" up front because she didn't have time to deal with it. She spent less than 2 minutes with me examining my eyes and I felt that I was being rushed out. I didn't get a chance to ask the one question that I had because she was in such a hurry and obviously didn't want to deal with me. As a physician myself, I understand that there's time pressure, but patients don't really need to know that you're running behind and shouldn't be rushed to the point of feeling like the visit was pointless. I arrived ahead of my scheduled appointment, and by the time I saw the doctor it was over an hour past my appointment time. I don't mind waiting, but I do expect to be treated with courtesy when it's my turn. As an aside, she didn't wash her hands before touching close to my eyes, which is unhygienic and could spread infection. On the plus side, the technical who brought me to the room and did the initial evaluation and dilation was excellent and very kind. Also, when I went "up front" I was redirected 4 times to get to the lady who does contact lens prescriptions. They then tried to get me to leave without the script, and said that they would email it to me. This happened to me here once before, and they never emailed it. It involved multiple phone calls and emails on my part to get the script. This time I told them I didn't want to leave without the script in hand, and had to wait an additional 15 min just to get someone to print and sign the form.

Easy check in reasonable wait time everyone very nice. Dr. D is very nice and and answers questions and explains everything when doing a procedure

Dr. Dhannawat is wonderful. She is very caring, explained everything thoroughly about my upcoming procedure, and was very reassuring even though I was quite concerned. I had wonderful results, and am treasuring my new gift of excellent vision for the first time in my life, thanks to Dr. Dhannawat!!
