After two average experiences with other eye doctors in Baltimore, I decided to try Roland Park Vision--and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Scheff gave me the most thorough eye exam I've ever had, including the option to use a digital camera instead of eye drops, which I'd never been offered before. I've always struggled with contact lens comfort, but Dr. Scheff performed a detailed exam, even checking for dryness. I'm now on day two with my new contacts, and they're the most comfortable I've ever worn. The staff is warm and welcoming, the office is beautiful, and the glasses selection is fantastic. Special thanks to Darrien in the front office for wonderful energy on a rainy day and great suggestions for flattering frames.

I brought my own frames and prescription to Roland Park Vision and had a lovely experience with OT. When they came in 10 or so days later, they didn't fit the way I wanted them to and came back 4 or 5 times for adjustments in the next week. Both OT and Darrien were incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and provided excellent service. My glasses are fitting great now thanks to the two of them!

Went in the other day to get the pad on my nose piece replaced and was expecting to leave my glasses there for them to work on. Not only did they fix them in about 2 minutes, but they did not charge me. Extremely friendly, welcoming and professional. Will definitely go back if I need repairs or looking for new glasses!!!

Odd that they can bombard you with emails, texts, and mailers asking you to schedule an appointment, text and email you a confirmation after you schedule your appointment, text/email you several times leading up to your appointment with an option to confirm via text, but there's no text/email when they cancel your appointment out of spite because you've previously had to reschedule other appointments. They insisted they called me but I have no calls from them and I'd already confirmed via text. Drove down there for nothing to find out they'd cancelled my appointment sometime after my last email reminder 7 days before, but didn't let me know! Won't be returning. Who needs a petty eye doctor.
