WORST SERVICE EVER! My appointment was scheduled and I arrived 10 mins early. After waiting over an hour to be seen my appointment was complete in 15 mins. This was my 2nd year seeing Dr Leno, he was friendly and he was joking around. Then I went to the front desk staff to pick out my glasses. Picking glasses was straight forward. Now enters the problem. I had two insurance companies. I was working with the manager to understand the confusion. I was told over.and over my insurance was merely a discount. My card Clearly stated insurance PLUS discount. After an exhaustive conversation I stepped out to call my insurance company. As it turned out this was an insurance they rarely used so they didn't know HOW to process claims. I go back in and explain to them how to process claims by fax or mail and the Manger goes to the doctor to ask HOW to handle. This is where it went EXTREMELY WRONG... the doctor comes out of his office and states to me "either pay the bill for the glasses or take my prescription and LEAVE ! " He said I was "abusing" his office staff for 2 hours and I was "abusing" my stay so "pay the bill no questions and/or leave!" Going to this office is a waste.of time! The wait was extreme, the doctor was verbally abusive BUT the Front Office staff was patient and friendly. I certainly wouldn't want to confuse anyone but it was not my issue that the office rarely handled my insurance. Furthermore to be dismissed was unprofessional and unacceptable! Dr. LENO is the founder and owner of the Sanaga Optical locations. DR. JEKYLL/ MR. HYDE! NEVER AGAIN!

On 2 different occasions they neglected what my insurance paid and tried to charge out of pocket for things that were covered. They failed to produce a manager when asked by my insurance and wouldn't allow me to file a grievance. They had me read an eye chart while putting my lens in a dry container and the lense was damaged. I was told I owed up to $140 more to get contact lens fitting and lenses which are covered by my insurance. I feel as if they cheat people out of their money and ignore the insurance. I would not recommend Sanaga to anyone!

This establishment keeps calling and texting me about an appointment for someone who isn't me. They have mistook me for two different people. I called on monday to let them know that I'm not the intended recipient. They claimed that they will remove my number from the patient info within the day. As of writing this, my phone # is still associated with someone I don't know. The kicker is that they seem to operate under more than just one number, which means I have to block every single one that they call me with. Please stop calling me.

I've been going to Dr.Leno for about 2 years. I never knew that getting a eye exam could show stress behind my eyeballs which could've led to a tumor. He is really great with my kids and I appreciate his hard work and dedication to his patients. All around Great Customer Service. I recommend anyone who askes about where I go for my nice glasses.

Outstanding services! Dr. Leno is patient, kind, generous with his time. You will be seen even if you have no insurance. Can you believe it, in USA???He has a big heart. He has been taking care of my family since last year. My Mom is a big fan of Dr. Leno. She can call him anytime - even on weekend - and get an answer to any eye issue she would have.

Extremely long wait three hours one visit two hours second visit and was not seen either time. Unprofessional atmosphere. Assistants arguing with each other in front of patients. Not knowing enough to navigate threw they're own system. Not locating patient records until patient contacts insurance company. Billing insurance even when not seen. Doctor always late coming in. Doctor has very nasty disposition. Neither location is worth even being open.

My experience at Sanaga optical was wonderful, I was a little nervous at first but soon as you walk in Miss Jackie greeted me with a smile and made my time there GREAT. The doctor there is very professional and knowledgeable, I see myself going there for years to come.

The Eye Doctor is very unprofessional & rude I wouldn't send my blind dog to them. He doesn't understand dignity & worth of his patience. He's a scammer for test to get more money from ur insurance.
