Steven Zeidman, OD

I came in to return glasses that have lenses that are continuously smudged even after cleaning and don't correct my vision. I was told I had to wait until the manager returned from lunch (which was not explained to me when I called ahead). Chanel was rude and abrupt when I asked if she was able to do the return stating that she wasn't going to address it because it had been more than 30 days (which is incorrect because I picked the glasses up 2 weeks ago) and to wait for the manager. I have had nothing but issues with this process for myself and my husband (he received the wrong frames because the bar code was on the wrong frames and ended waiting over a month for his glasses because they had to make different lenses. We've spent over $500 and still can't see properly.

Dr. Zeidman was nice but the reception lady was short with me and very rude to me and the guy working behind the counter... said she would call my prescription in and after an hour it still hadn't even been placed with my pharmacy...

Very thorough, Dr. Zeidman was very informative and professional. Would I go again, absolutely and I would recommend My Eye Dr to anyone in need of vision care. All staff were great and very pleasant.
