When I attempted to make an appointment w the Falls RD location the call always went VM, which was never returned. Eventually reached the Hanover location and scheduled through them.
The technicians were very attentive and professional, asking all the right questions about my issue.
But, when I met w the doctor I felt rushed and his recommendation regarding my situation was all ready determined w/o even listening to my specific concerns. The doctor's "bedside manner" was also somewhat lacking.

Dr. Suan is awesome! He explains in detail what is going on and what to expect. He gives his patients security in him and the staff! Dr. Suan is professional, friendly and always greets his patients with a firm hand shake and ask how we are doing generally and how we are responding to what is going on with the issue at hand. Dr. Suan's technique is flawless and before I know it he is asking me if I have any questions and if not Dr. Suan will say see you in xxx amount of weeks! Great job by all your staff however, Dr. Suan ROCKS!

Great office staff and they were able to fit me in quickly. Dr. Speicher took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I did not feel rushed and his knowledge of my condition was extremely helpful. I went into my appointment feeling very unsure of what my treatment plan should be but left there with a great understanding of my options and the pros/cons to each treatment option.

I'm sorry to have to write this review.
The technician who checked my eyesight/glaucoma check, she did not know how to use the glaucoma checking device, she pressed on my right eye, 4 times, then she shook the device very hard, it beeped all by itself. She said it wasnt calibrating and then she pressed on my right eye 4 more times, so thats a total of 8 times, this is after I already mentioned I had some mild pain in my right eye. Then she moved to my left eye and pressed about 3 times and said she got it. Only my eyes never registered at 13, usually they were 18 or 19.
All of the other assistants and technicians were very caring and attentive except for this one person. I'm not sure of her name as she never gave it to me, I think she was newer. I called Dr Speicher to explain that he needs to check that instrument, and before I could explain about the female technician, what happened, he hurried off the phone. Thats usual for Dr Speicher, hes a good Doctor, I think, he just doesn't have time to listen. I'm hoping they checked out the glaucoma checking instrument. Like I said all of the other technicians were great.
