I have been taking my child to this practice since she was young. Experiences so far has been great until we encounter Dr. Lisa Thomas. She is very rude and nasty, does not acknowledge her clients, walks into the room and can not even say a simple Hello to the patient sitting in the room waiting for her. I have experience this with her on 3 different occasions. Today I had to ask her if she doesn't acknowledge her client. That is when she reluctantly said Hello. Such a rude woman. I will be switching to another Dr. Who values their patient. Please stay away from Dr. Lisa Thomas when you visit this practice. Please note, everyone else from the front desk to the payment desk is okay. They will call you back and return calls.However, Dr Lisa Thomas is making the company look bad.
