My experience at Vision Essentials was outstanding. It was delightful to meet with Flo and team. They make you feel welcome. Meeting with Flo especially made me feel like I'm home away from home. Her winsome smile and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was satisfied with the service she rendered me, was fascinating. Flo's compassion to serve patients with dignity is evident to me that her service is driven by purpose and not performative kindness. Keep up the magnificent work Flo. I visited several Kaiser optical shops in DMV area, however, the kindness I received during my visit at woodland optical shop was unbelievable. I could not expect more than what I received on Monday October 7, 2024 with Ms. Danielle. She was very professional and kind throughout the process. I am giving this a 2 because of covid-19, to my surprise the place was packed! At a time where you can't be seated right to each other and seating is limited in waiting areas, this office was packed with people standing in the hall way where there were some people wearing the mask under their noses. I suffer with two chronic diseases one of which is Polycystic kidney disease, I am fully vaccinated but knowing that you can still be infected with covid had me very uncomfortable. I spoke to someone who was in the hall way waiting and she as well wondered why they were so crowded, come on Kaiser optometry you can't have signs saying 6ft apart but have your lobby filled with some people wearing mask incorrectly and not enough seating. Plus, my appointment was at 3:10pm but I wasn't seen until after 4:pm very disappointed. Let me say, I am a regular to other Kaiser offices where the service has been nothing but stellar...

Optometry at KP Woodlawn is great! My Optomtrist was very thorough and the specialist who fit my new glasses was very cordial and helpful.
