Warby Parker Harbor East

Warby Parker has a variety of frames. I was a little overwhelmed , because this is my first pair of glasses but, I was assisted by the associate named Rock and he is very knowledgeable and helpful. Rock is patient and personable. He answered all my questions and helped me choose the perfect frames.

I had a fantastic experience at Warby Parker today, thanks to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Justin, who was very welcoming and gave me a clear overview of the entire process. And there was NO WAIT!!!!! The eye doctor was also wonderful--professional, friendly, and he even shared some great travel tips with me. The process of picking out glasses was made easy and enjoyable by Annette. She was exceptionally patient and helpful, assisting me as I tried on many different pairs to find the perfect one. The combination of efficient service, expert care, and genuine patience made my visit truly outstanding. I highly recommend Warby Parker and their amazing team!

The service was exceptionally fast and efficient. I felt very welcomed, and they were accommodating even though I arrived late. They assisted me in obtaining what I needed promptly. I would certainly recommend them to anyone seeking an eye exam and a selection of fine glasses. Furthermore, they were transparent and honest regarding their pricing.

The Warby Parker in Harbor East is a must visit. I made an appointment and they were on time, it was a great exam experience. The associate who helped with glasses greeted me right away, had the most impeccable style, and immediately assessed what I needed. I loved everything he helped me find. 100/10

I came into the store today in Harbor East and there was 4 employees working. One of the employees were helping a couple. One other employee spoke to me and pointed out where the regular glasses were located. I was in the store at least 30 minutes before anyone on the floor ever looked my way to inquire if I needed help. When a employee started answering my questions, he did seem to pleased to assist me. Whenever I picked up a pair of glasses and placed them back on the shelf and would go behind me to straighten the glasses. I felt like the employees did not what me in the store and they really wasn't thrilled to assist me. That was my impression. I will not purchases glasses from that store again.

Bri was so helpful! She was really patient with all my questions and helped me find frames that fit my style. It was my first time at Warby Parker and it was super easy to get an eye exam and find new frames. The staff told me in advance all the pricing and what my insurance would cover.

I expected my follow-up visit at the Baltimore Warby Parker to finally solve the issues with my glasses, but the experience was the most frustrating part of the entire process. After unsuccessful remakes and several calls with customer service, I was told I could have my RX rechecked. I scheduled an appointment and met with Dr. Truong. From the start, I tried to explain the ongoing problems, but he kept cutting me off before I could finish. He repeated back incorrect versions of what I said, and when I tried to clarify, he interrupted again. He insisted that my eyes would adjust if I wore the glasses for a few days, even though I explained multiple times that I could not see clearly and that it was affecting my ability to drive and read. Nothing I said was fully heard or understood. When I finally said I was done and wanted to return everything, he agreed but continued telling me that my concerns were not accurate. Dr. Truong did not listen, did not accurately repeat back my concerns, and did not take the time to understand what I was experiencing. The entire appointment felt dismissive, and I left feeling unheard and without confidence in the care provided. An accurate prescription was never provided.

The doctors are amazing they are very upfront with their medical advice however i didnt like the front desk lady. She was pushy when it came to offering products. At some point she lied about not knowing why my bill was $50 even though initially she said my insurance included all add ons. When I told her to remove an add on suddenly my bill was $0. Surely she could have mentioned what my bill includes and exactly what isnt covered by insurance. This made me reluctant to buying anything from the store but I would definitely go back to see the doctors.
