I had a good visit with the doctor and the staff. I do not remember their names (not because they didn't tell me but because I am bad with named). The doctor was chill and explained what was going on and helpful. The office manager was really nice and very funny. I enjoyed my conversation with her and the additional staff at the front desk. This is office is not my typical optometrist but i went here because it i usually buy my glasses from lens crafter. I think i will be coming back here from now on though just because of how enjoyable they made the visit. It was very quick, smooth, and easy.

Everyone was extremely pleasant to interact with. They were running a little behind, so there was a bit of a wait, but once I was taken back, I understood why. Dr. Philips is probably one of the best doctors I've ever had. Down to earth and wasn't in a rush to get through my visit. Well worth the experience.

I am really glad I decided to have my eye exam done here! The staff was competent and courteous. Dr. Delgado was calm and personable but still extremely professional. She listened to me, acknowledged and included my young daughter (who was there with me) and made realistic suggestions for my sight as I get "older". Overall, I had an excellent experience.

The doctor and the staff here are excellent! They let my daughter help with my eye exam and it made the experience of her getting glasses a great one! Also the ladies who helped us get our frames where excellent. They went above and beyond for my daughter and I! I am very satisfied with our visit and will return!

Dr Delgado is awesome. Down to earth, personable and remembered me after almost a year and a half. This was my 2nd visit and I have nothing but great things to say! Highly recommend and super easy to make an appointment online. Never takes me more than 30-45 minutes from arrival to leaving.

Dr. Philip is wonderful! She explained everything to me about my eyes during my visit. She is easy to ask questions and talk to about my eyes. I actually returned this year because of Dr. Philip and your staff. The front desk staff was wonderful! Eye doctor appointments can be intimidating but this office is right on point. We recently moved to the area and I needed to have my eyes checked. I Googled local places and was shocked to see so many bad reviews. I took a chance and went Lens Crafters. Everyone who works there were very nice and helpful. I made my appointment online for 1:40 on a Thursday. The receptionist called me soon after to confirm and get my insurance information. Once I arrived I filled out 2 pages of paperwork, as one does when going to the Doctors. My total wait time to see the Doctor was about 10 minutes and she was very pleasant and thorough. The ladies who assisted me with getting my new glasses were helpful and very personable. I had my new prescription lenses put into my old frames and picked two new pair. All three were ready for me in an hour. I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews; my experience was delightful.
