Janie was very helpful and very nice in assisting me picking the right pair of glasses for me. Would highly recommend her when going to this location. Sophia my technician was also very nice and helpful with guiding me through the process. Great experience.

Pleasant? Yes but I also know that sometimes the customer leaves dissatisfied no matter how kind the staff present themselves. That's our case so far. My husband is in routine medical treatment for a terrible diagnosis. That treatment ran longer than expected this morning which meant he was leaving the treatment center later than expected. We would be late to the eye appointment. I immediately alerted MyEyeDr. Hubby needs new glasses. So do I. He no longer drives and he's medically retired. I try to double up our appointments because I have a demanding job except his appointment was nixed because we missed the 10 minute grace period... by 2 min max. We parked at 10:11 and started walking in before the clock changed to 10:12. I truly do respect the doctor's schedule. I just can't rate my experience high because I really did need a two-minute exception today. I decided to give my husband my appointment. I will find another one for me whenever I can. I'm sharing mainly so that the staff know that *IF* they could have helped us, I wish they would have reconsidered. Not all late comers are blowing them off or poor planners. Our delay was unfortunate and out of our control.

My first time for an eye exam. The receiving staff and exam tech were friendly and attentive. I found Dr. Chapman to be kind and very thorough. She answered all my questions. I didn't feel any of my questions were an inconvenience to her. The frame technician was very helpful to me picking out my frames. I like that she talked to me like I've been a life long customer. Dr. Chapman and the staff took very good care of me and actually made my experience a happy one.
