I called a week in advance and made an appointment at the Visionworks in Harford Mall. I even had the confirmation text and the call in my phone log.
Showed up today and was told I "didn't have an appointment."
So I wasted over an hour of my time driving there and back for absolutely nothing. Then the employee had the nerve to ask if I wanted to reschedule... for what? So I can make another appointment you'll pretend never existed?
Being treated like a liar when I had proof is unacceptable. This place is disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly doesn't respect people's time.
Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. This location is a joke.

Friendly service. A little short-staffed, but the 4-5 people are working hard and are patient with you. The eye doctor is a little tough to understand, but is knowledgeable and explains the health of your eye to you.

My experience at Visionworks was amazing and I blame that solely on the fact that they have an amazing employee there that knows what she's talking about is very knowledgeable, but she's also friendly, kind, helpful and honest. Her name is Lauren Russo And I've had the pleasure of dealing with her on three of my four visits recently to vision workers. I don't know what they're paying her, but I know it's not enough because her help was invaluable and employees like that are not easy to find

The virtual doctor system is awful. You have to first do all these tests with an assistant which take forever then have to keep waiting for the virtual doctor. Then have to come back a week later when your contacts come in and see the virtual doctor again!! I'm now at 40 minutes past my appointment. Still not seen at all! The girls up front don't care and gave attitude when asked how much longer it would be. I will now be switching eye doctors.

Lost frames, contacts were not delivered. Never was informed of frames or contacts and had to make a trip to store to investigate to only find out they did order my frames and had contacts in store and never called. . Store is not customer friendly or communication skills are lacking. The manager walked away instead taking responsibility for the situation.
