I will never go to this place or tell any of the people that I care about to come here we made an appointment and we let them know how far away we were and that there was an accident that just happened in front of us and that we were going to be a couple minutes later than we said they originally said it was OK and then called back and said it wasn't OK after we were already almost there. The lady was extremely rude to my son when he went inside to check in for his appointment which we were two minutes late for because we were following the laws of the road and not speeding or running any lights of course , The lady screamed at my son and told him to get out because he was late by two minutes and said she refused to take him. Never again will I ever come here and I'll make sure anyone who goes here doesn't give them any service because it was absolutely horrible and he's been needed to get. I work for a while now.. Never again. It's so sad to see how people in Maryland act I wish they knew how to act more professional and understand that sometimes people have emergencies. That lady shouldn't work there she should work somewhere else where she could sit on her phone and have a little attitude. No, thank you worst experience ever

I received great service today from Kimberly and Toni at the Greenbelt location. I received my glasses in one week! Thank you ladies for making me feel welcome!

Dr. Huleis is warm and professional, and listens well. My new glasses are perfect. She is a great asset to the College Park office.

Puede ser un lugar bueno en algunas cosas pero la resepcionista de entrada nos resive como que llegaramos a un restaurante mostrandonos el menu me parese delomas absurdo porque uno llega a una sita medica y segun los resultados le disen auno que nesecita un examen adicional pero esta consu etica de solo vender me dise de entrada que hay un examen con un aparato que le dis que para ber si hay una enfermedad que selo pueden aser pero que tiene un costo de 40 dolares como la estupida se pone a ofreser algo asi cuando ami hijo ni siquiera lo an examinado osea lo inportante es vender un examen exa no les basta con mandar el bill al seguro siempre es inportante sacar algo extra que desepcion vocitar lugares asi
