Helena from the Greenbelt location was absolutely wonderful. She made us feel comfortable. She let us know what our options were and we had a good time doing it. Thank you for working things out for me and my son.

Ms.Helena is an awesome help! She told us how to wear the glasses correct when NO ONE has ever told us before so my son been wearing his glasses wrong and Ive been coming here for years. Ms. Helena is very helpful in helping my children find their glasses. Whether it comes to looking for something stylish for them to choose from to finding something that is very pocket friendly. I will be happy to go to her every time.

Went to get fitted for contact lenses, the entire staff was very friendly and the wait time was almost non existent. Helena led my class and I couldn't have asked for a better instructor. She was phenomenal!

She broke down the pros and cons of each choice in a way that made the decision feel informed, and her expertise completely eliminated any potential buyer's remorse. What stood out most was how personal the experience felt. Helena didn't just explain options, she thoughtfully considered what would actually complement me, my frames, and my needs. Because of her, I left knowing I made the right choice. That level of service is rare, and it's the reason I'll continue using MyEyeDr for future services.

Had been here a few months ago but yesterday 9/23/25 had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked through the doctor. Doctor Christopher was so patient and he showed that he cared about my wellbeing. Helena helped me choose a frame that suits my face and I love it. My experience was a 10/10

Hellooooooo!! Today we talked about " my eyedr " my wife always take her daughter to one specific place to check her daughter vision always she gets problems whit this place for price and insurance i I told her take her somewhere else she never listened to me!! Now my son had long-distance vision problems and I had to take him for a consultation and I decided to take him to myeyedr!! I thought it was a clinic whose prices would be through the roof because of the advertising and the way they treat you, but I had nothing to lose, I already knew that the clinic my wife went to was tremendously expensive!! I am super surprised, the attention is excellent, the secretary is extremely cordial and helps you with all the paperwork and to choose the glasses you have hundreds to choose from, the doctors are extremely professional and explain point by point how the situation is with respect to your vision or Your children accept health insurance and I only spent $150 dollars out of my pocket, super happy! I recommend this clinic 300% I went to the branch of 5701 greenbelt rd Berwyn

While everyone was respectful, this entire office was a mess. Everyone who works there seems to be confused about what's going on. As others have stated, employees have no sense of responsibility or any lack of urgency. I needed to go in for a general eye exam and to order contacts. But I was told that I needed to have a separate exam just to order my contacts, and that I was not allowed to order any contacts until I had this exam. They didn't have the contacts I needed available at the time, but I was told to pay for this "contact exam" in advance. Then weeks later I needed to follow up myself to schedule this exam, and no one there seemed to know what "contact exam" I was referring to or what I even paid for. I paid an additional $65 for this mysterious contact exam just to be seen by a doctor for 2 minutes. It was a complete scam. On top of that, I went to my appointment during my lunch break, I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, and they didn't call my name until 50 minutes after my appointment time, only after I complained! Oh the best part is, while they were running a whole hour behind on their appointments, they were telling other patients on the phone that they would need to reschedule their appointments if they were only 10 minutes late. Even though the entire office was a whole hour behind on appointments! The office space is old, cramped, and dirty. Horrible experience, my husband and I will never be going back to any location ever again. Avoid at all cost.
