I've recently had to schedule 2 appointments and miss out on work TWICE due to this branches inability to properly schedule appointments. I've complied with them more than once to come in for a regular exam, to be told twice that I've had to reschedule. So those that are looking to get exams here, don't waste your time. Apparently it's impossible to have your appointment time honored.

I usually go to Walmart for my eye care, due to unavailable appointments, I decided to try Myeye doctor. First of all, except for one lady that helped me, the front desk staff have a nasty attitude. As a patient care coordinator, I strongly believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindly. That is someone you will not get here. I took my son and myself, for eye exams. Paid almost $400 out of pocket, not including what the insurance paid, and now 3 months after I get a bill for $75. When I spoke to Alex about my bill he made it seem that I should have known I would get a bill or have expected because I signed a form they have. But I clearly asked if I was paying everything I had to pay when I was there and no one mentioned there was a possibility of me getting a bill in the future. The place just has bad customer service all together. First and last time I use my eye doctors for my eye care.

Very attentive to your needs. Respectful and helpful to my needs. Absolutely great staff.
