This was my first time ever being fitted for progressive lenses, and I honestly didn't know what to expect. Mrs. Vinette made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and walked me through the process step by step so I understood how progressive lenses work. She was very patient and precise while taking my measurements, making sure everything was perfectly aligned for my vision. You can really tell she cares about getting it right for her customers. My glasses were ready for pickup this week, and when I first put them on I literally felt like I could see through walls...lol! The clarity is amazing, and everything feels perfectly fitted. Excellent service, professionalism, and care. If you're getting progressive lenses for the first time, I highly recommend asking for Mrs. Vinette at the Bowie Town Center location.

After dealing with a frustrating vision insurance situation, my experience at LensCrafters in Bowie completely restored my faith in customer service. From the very beginning, Alexa took her time helping me find the perfect pair of shades. She patiently walked me through the process and was honest about my options--even explaining that it would actually be more cost-effective to purchase new frames and fill the prescription without using insurance. I appreciated her transparency and professionalism. Things got complicated when I enrolled in Humana Vision Plus and ran into issues with my coverage not showing as active. Despite the red tape, every time I came into the store, the team was helpful and willing to look me up in the system without hesitation. Assistant Manager Lay went above and beyond for me--multiple times. She checked the system more than once, never made me feel like a burden, and stayed positive throughout the entire process. When I called and spoke with Vinny, she didn't just do a quick search and stop there--she kept digging using different information until she was finally able to locate my active policy. That persistence made all the difference! When I returned to the store, Lay and I sat down for over an hour going through frames, measurements, and options. She gave honest opinions when I asked, shared laughs with me like we'd known each other for years, and made what had been a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. The energy in that store is infectious. Customer service like this is rare these days. The professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness from Alexa, Vinny, and Lay did not go unnoticed. I found the perfect frames, my insurance is finally active, and I'll absolutely be back to pick up my glasses. Thank you, LensCrafters Bowie team, for reminding me what great service looks like!

Monchelle, Laya, Michelle were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! I went in to get my glasses fixed. Both of my arms fell off because the screws came out. I was greeted immediately after walking in. They were all so friendly and welcoming. Monchelle fixed my glasses and adjusted the arms to frame my face much better. Her service was excellent and speedy. They all engaged in friendly conversation with me and made my experience so amazing! I will always return to this location!

I went last Friday February 20 2026 and I thought I had received good service. It completely slipped my mind that I'm using progressive lenses. I called and left a message to get this get my prescription fixed. I haven't received a callback. I just called again and it's sound as if my number was blocked.

I hadn't been to LensCrafters in years, but my recent experience confirmed that returning was a great choice. The customer service was excellent from check-in to the exam with the doctor and through checkout. Every team member was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The office was clean, organized, and welcoming. Overall, it was a truly great experience, and I would definitely recommend LensCrafters.

On Saturday, November 29th I had the best experience in this store. I was greeted from the time I walked in and every step of the way thereafter. The staff were so amazing! For each step leading up to the exam, the young lady who assisted me explained what she was going to do and how she was going to do it. When it was time for the exam another young lady assisted me and prepped me before the doctor did my exam. When the exam was done I was told someone would help me with choosing my eye glasses. I wasn't in a hurry because choosing glasses isn't an easy process. You want to make sure you find a pair that fits appropriately and looks good on you. The two ladies that helped me were fantastic. They explained the pricing, went over the coverage from my insurance and helped me choose the glasses that are great for me. The young lady who completed my order and purchase was very humorous and did a great job. I purchased two pair of glasses and one pair of sunglasses. I'll be purchasing contact lenses when I return. From start to finish I was treated very well. Everyone was professional, accommodating and had great personalities. Looking forward to going back to pickup my glasses and buying my contact lenses. Kudos to everyone who assisted me at the Lens Crafters in Bowie Towne Center.

Outstanding customer service. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional throughout my visit. There was an excellent selection of eyeglass frames with great value pricing and an impressive warranty. The store itself was clean and inviting, making the entire experience pleasant and stress-free.

The customer service at this location was impeccable! As a first time visit/customer, I will recommend this store to everyone. The glasses brand variety was also a plus. My eye exam was quick and efficient! The staff was patient and helpful when coming to selecting which glasses I would select. Special thanks to Naomi for recommending and assisting me in the store !
