I have been coming to Dr. Gonzalez for many years now. I can't telling you how many. He is a great eye doctor. I am about to have surgery on my eyes. I am very comfortable having Dr. Gonzalez do my surgery. I know he will do a great job. His father did my Mother's surgery years ago. She was very pleased with the outcome.

Great doctor. After five years of visiting, one cataract removed. I no longer need glasses for distances. I am now scheduled for the second cataract removal. Doctor Gonzalez is great at his profession. I can't say THANKS enough.

Dr. Gonzalez is everything you could ever hope for in a doctor: brilliant, experienced, thorough, personable, dedicated, and talented. What's even more impressive is that his entire supporting staff is wonderful too, and super efficient. I never have to wait long in their office. From the helpful scheduler Dan to the technicians, all are great to work with. Thanks all around!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Gonzalez for the first time. His team was exceptionally welcoming. The doctor was thorough in his examination and took the time to explain everything to me. I am extremely satisfied with both Dr. Gonzalez and his staff.

I waited for months for this appointment to get my eyes checked to get a new prescription for eyeglasses. I get to the appointment today the young ladies at the desk checked me in. Someone from the back came out grabbed my paperwork told me to follow them down the hall and as we're walking down the hall that person tells me oh your paperwork says you're here for glasses and I said yes. She then states we no longer take care of glasses here but we can do an eye exam but I have to pay $50 cash if you want the eye exam. Wait what? why would I pay cash for an eye exam when I have health insurance? when I made my appointment you all said you accepted it and that you did the service I was coming here for. She then she explained to me that the protocols had changed for the office. She walked me back to the front desk. I asked the girls at the front desk why was I not contacted or notified about this new protocol? and one of those little girls had the audacity to say we can't call everybody. I looked at her and I said I waited 3 months to come to an appointment and your protocols change doing that time so the professional thing to do would be to contact everyone in your database who had upcoming appointments for eye exams and notify us all about your protocol changes I was so pissed. I should have been contacted by an email by a text by a voicemail by something instead you wasting my time you wasting my leave cuz I had to take leave from my job to get here for this appointment this morning you're wasting my money because I don't drive so I had to pay for an Uber to get there and to go back home and I still did not get an eye exam I am so upset and disappointed with this Center they were completely unprofessional!!! They changed the rules and then they did not contact clients who were coming in for appointments that we have been waiting for 4 months. So unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone go to this location for anything.

Arrived 15 minutes before appointment and was seen at the exact time. How rare is that? Also, Dr. Gonzalez was knowledgeable and offered great options for my dry eyes. Glad I switched from my former doctor. Just wish they hadn't closed down the optometrist side.

I needed to have cataract surgery so I asked some people I know who did they have do their surgery. Five people said Dr. Gonzalez so I decided to make an appointment with him. From my first visit I have been happy with Dr. Gonzalez and his staff and would definitely recommend him.

5-star service! Dr. Gonzalez and the entire team are professional, kind, and hilarious. The best, most welcoming office staff I've worked with. Thanks again MedStar!
