Dr Malouf and Dr Swami are fantastic. Wish I could have been here years ago. The staff found I had a major cataract in each eye and Dr Malouf recommended immediate surgery, one week apart. Vision NOW is perfect.. do not need glasses or contacts any longer. Their staff, including Carrie at the Bowie location and Tracy and Richard at Columbia Surgery Center were phenomenal. Thank you all for life changing procedures and your care, attention to detail and follow-up care. You guys are the BEST!

3 years trying to find someone to remove a cyst that was over my tear duct. Don't be discouraged if they do not take your insurance get an out of pocket quote, they are more than reasonable. Yes, cyst can come back but Dr. Malouf got it all intact so unlikely it will come back put some stiches and two weeks later you can't tell anything was ever there not even the stiches. He also took three regular cyst off my other eye. He was kind funny and the staff all very nice so I am not sure why some of the earlier reviews. Office is immaculate. If I get another cyst myself and my credit card will be right back to see him!!!

Became a patient in 2017. Dr. Malouf is the best! Very compassionate and professional. When I first called him, they were able to fit me in immediately ("how soon can you get here" was their response to my phone call about my sudden vision changes). Once he completed his examination he recognized that I needed immediate surgery. He personally called the surgeon in Baltimore to ask to get me onto his schedule for that day. I will be forever grateful to his professionalism and prompt care. Always a joy to see him and his assistants! Have moved away but really miss him!

Best office staff by far! Staff is very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond for the each patient. Dr. Alan R Malouf is the icing on the cake, best personality and made me very comfortable during each visit..my family now comes to see him.

His popularity is due to his caring nature, his knowledge, caring and the efficiency in the way he and his office and staff conduct testing and diagnosis. I had Cataract and Lasek Surgery. Dr. Malouf is an excellent surgeon. He is professional and kind. The surgery went very well with life changing results. The Office Staff and Surgical Nurses are extremely professional and very good! A great experience.

I loved seeing Dr. Malouf. Felt he was an excellent doctor, but his office staff is a whole different matter. I stopped going to this office because of the lady who was at the time in charge of ordering contacts, and was the daughter of the office manager. I guess I called her too much about my contacts and after that I never felt comfortable in the office. Miss the doctor, but not his staff.
