If I could give a 0 rating I would. My experience at this location was not a good one. I was on time for my appointment in fact, I waited in the car for about 20 minutes before I went in for a 4:40pm appointment. I waited and waited until 5:30 and still did not see the doctor. I think waiting 50 minutes is enough time to wait. I attempted to leave but was told the doctor was coming right out and 10 minutes later I saw her in the hallway talking to an employee. I figure my waiting as a patient wasn't important, so I got up and left. I will NEVER go back to that location again!

My 9 year old had to get an eye exam and completely despised the thought of wearing glasses. Dr. Hines was patient, engaging and built a great rapport with my son. She gave such positive reinforcement, that now he's eager to wear them! Mr. David was so informative and kept us in the best of spirits through our transaction. Best experience ever!!

I would not recommend this place. I have very poor eyesight when the doctor checked my eyes she gave me the wrong prescription.when I went back for a new prescription I waited 1 month for the lenses and they didn't fit the glasses they said. I waited another two months. They called me and said that they were ready. When I got there they told me it wasn't. I Will never go BACK. If I could rate this it would be a -0/10

I Do Not recommend the 6804 Race Track Rd. Bowie, MD location if you have an emergent eye concern/injury. They will turn you away and deny you care. I booked an appointment online to be seen by a opthamologist and was turned away and told to go to Patient First. I explained to them it is an eye emergency and the provider did not triage or look at my eye before denying me care. I told them I took off work for this appt and they did not care. The term loss of eyesight or emergency does not apply to My Eye Dr.

I will never come back to this location again. I've been coming to MyEyeDr for years until my recent interaction with them. I had an appointment in December when the Dr that saw me failed to let me know that my contact lens prescription was expired and will not be eligible to be refilled. This would not have been much of an issue except that their manager who I spoke with was extremely short and constantly spoke over me when I was trying to speak. By the time the conversation had ended she was yelling . I am now left in a difficult situation where I don't have contact lenses to get me through my day to day. If you are looking for decent customer service, I advise you look elsewhere.

I've been coming to my eye doctor for 3 going on to 4 years for the past 3 years when my glasses were damaged i call them to see if needed me to bring them in to see if I can get replaced for some reason they asked me to bring them in one pair was so damaged I threw them away they told me I will have to pay 50% of the original purchase price in order to get the warranty covered i think this is very unprofessional they have lost a good customer i also explained that i would have my attorney contact them in regards to the replacement policy and warranty i see you have 3.6 on the reviews I see why

This was my first visit. From the time I entered until I left, the general manager Sheriffa was very professional and knowledgeable. The staff at the front desk deserve high praise. Everyone was very friendly and professional.. The office is well maintained bright and exceptionally clean. The initial exam by the tech was thorough and informative and the final exam sealed the deal. Overall a most pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Hello- the staff and all care received was great. Unfortunately Oct 17, 2024 I had my first appointment with this office. I paid over 200.00 for the glasses and til this day 5 November 2024, I have not received my glasses. I called twice- two separate days and received the same response- ugh yeah we hadn't received them... Please do better!!
