I need, I want The Glaucoma Center, Bowie Maryland to know that each time I've come to the center, I notice how Sidney makes each person who comes feel like they're appreciated, respected and valued. She sets the standard for each patient/customer experience! Yes, there's Eden, who is a model of patient care in the Glaucoma Center, Bowie Maryland, she does it with such purpose, passion and professionalism with excellence in dealing with patients. Now Talese, she is a definite professional who is very thorough and knowledgeable and radiates a strong sense of confidence which speaks volumes about her care for the patients! All this to say, that these extraordinary women should be recognized and/or honored for ALL that they do for the Glaucoma Center! They are Exceptional !! I've told others about the center and the outstanding care received solely because of their efforts!!

My husband and I had one of the most pleasant experiences at the Glaucoma Center location in Bowie Md. The entire staff was absolutely fantastic!!! From the initial welcoming staff, to Dr. Hu and the clinicians, everyone presented us with the highest level of patient service, professional demeanor, and overall efficiency!!! Dr. James & staff was great. Ms. Debbie was a God-sent because two ladies I talked to, need communication trng. I had trouble focusing due to side conversations during tests. I enjoyed the moments by the water to exhale & relax my eyes. I'm glad I know what's going on with my eyes.

I've had an incredible experience at The Glaucoma Center. When you walk through the door, you're greeted by an exceptional, friendly team who's waiting to assist you. Every single technician has been courteous, friendly, willing to answer questions - exceptional customer service. Dr. Judy C Hu and Dr. Alexander Baten-Tschan - EXCEPTIONAL. I have never in all of my years had the pleasure of meeting such an other-worldly medical staff. Each one, exceptional, thoughtful, customer-service oriented and patient. If you want exceptional care and to be treated with respect, the Glaucoma Center is where you need to go to take manage your eye health. EXCEPTIONAL, 5 stars is definitely not enough, they have broken the mold!

I recently had to undergo cataract surgery on my right eye. My insurance company referred me to The Glaucoma Center. Dr. Alexander F. Baten-Tschan was so warm and understanding of the scariness of the surgery and explained the process very well. Everyone in the office was kind and efficient. I always felt like I was in good hands and the surgery was painless and effective.

This review is for the front desk staff. I walked into the office and was on the phone with my office while signing in. The receptionist rudely announced that I shouldn't be on my cell phone. I absolutely don't have a problem with that policy - I actually like it. However, it took everything in me not to let that receptionist have it for talking to me in an unprofessional manner. My cooler disposition prevailed but it almost didn't.

If you have glaucoma, these guys are who you need to talk to. They are wonderful, but very busy. Can't miss your appointment!
