My mom has been seeing Dr. Wiechel for months now. The staff is always kind and friendly. Dr. Wiechel and his team have been awesome. And then today, we were assisted by Ms. Michelle who is the technician and she was phenomenal. She went above and beyond. Definitely customer service driven with outstanding emotional intelligence.

I see three different specialist doctors and all of them are great. Dr. Weichel is easily in a class of his own. He is tremendously knowledgeable about his profession, he breaks things down in easy to understand terms for your everyday person, and he details the procedures and medication he is either giving, recommending, or suggesting. The staff here are incredibly helpful, kind, and competent too. So far, I've recommended my mother go here as well as a personal friend and they all have similar feedback as well.

Today I had an appointment for 3:30 pm. There was an accumulation of snow. RGW office called to ask if I could come in at 2:30 pm instead. Since our cars and driveway still had snow we said no. When I got to the office at 3:30 pm I was told Dr. Weichel left for the day. Looks like we have a problem to communicate.

Always professional staff and efficient operation. On my recent visit for routine eye exam, I was in the office for 1 hour and 15 minutes and received the same tests, photos and better personalized attention by my doctor. The same testing in my former group took 3-4.5 hours and that's why I changed to RGW. I got tired of waiting 45 minutes in the reception area before even being taken. If you're experiencing the same delays, switch! You won't be disappointed and you will be a much better informed patient and the end of each visit.

I am very thankful to Dr. Weichel and his team! The practice took me in as a first time patient when I had an emergency and one of the nurses held my hand during my surgery. Dr. Weichel takes the time to promptly return my calls, fits me in to his schedule when I have issues, and carefully explains everything to me so that I understand what is happening. I would recommend him and the practice to anyone.

Made a next day appointment on line as a new patient and was amazed. My husband saw Dr. Eric Weichel, very patient and thourgh. The doctor did test to determine if it was wet or dry macular degeneration, it was dry. The doctor has great mannerisms and explained everything. I highly recommend this doctor. The front office was great too.

This was my first visit to this facility after they acquired my former practice. The front desk person and the person who took me back were both unsmiling. I felt that they greeted my because they were required to greet patients. Dr. Vu, on the other hand, was quite friendly and I felt comfortable with his actions and diagnosis. I will continue to use this practice, even though his staff seems unhappy or distracted.

They have bas customer service. They gave me the wrong appointment time, I showed up 10 minutes late because it was my first time there, the doctor walked right by me and went to lunch they told me I could wait 1.5 hours for him to come back! I can't believe he walked right by me to go on an early lunch without even saying anything.
