Dr. Mckimmie is always so nice and listens very well. I felt she addressed my concerns and took the time to explain any changes very thoroughly. The girl who did my pretest was very friendly as well. The tech who helped pick my frames was great, doing a great job explaining what insurance covered. We tried on so many frames and she gave awesome input that led to me being very happy with my choice.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!! The female doctor, ( Jung)and today was Dr. McKenney!! I appreciated her enthusiasm, her honesty, and the time they both gave to me. The young lady who blessed me with her presence, was Kylee ! She really made it a wonderful experience. She was smart, friendly, and approached me to help, without me having to ask. She helped me with picking out the glasses, gave her valued opinion, and explained everything before submitting my order. The prices were surprisingly as reasonable as Walmarts, but with better service. Thank you Pearl Vision!!
