I've never had any issues with professionalism from any of the doctors, only interacted with Dr. Davis the last two years, who has always been friendly, smiles, and does a nice job. There is another young woman who is quite friendly also. Some of the sales staff and reception could smile more, be more welcoming and friendly, in my opinion. I didn't get one smile, genuine or forced from when I came in and left. Maybe it's me? The only sales specialist, this far, I found to be friendly and smiled, was the younger woman who ordered my contacts this year and fitted my frames on 2026FEB11, shorter hair, about shoulder length and sits facing the chairs where customers sit pending exams along the back wall. The other location near Dick's and Kohl's was awesome from what I remember 2 or 3 years ago. That young woman was awesome and she was all by herself. Perhaps I should start going there again... friendly service keeps me coming back.

Made an appointment that was convenient for me. They took my insurance and explained the costs associated that were my co-pays. I asked them to help me choose frames that were suitable for my face and within my budget. It took a couple weeks to get my glasses, which is normal for my 30+ years of wearing glasses. Everybody was professional and super helpful.

I scheduled a 9:25 a.m. appointment online and arrived several minutes early, only to be told by the general manager that I could not be seen. Apparently my appointment was scheduled as a "regular exam" when I was actually coming in for a recheck. The problem is that their online scheduling system does not clearly differentiate between those appointment types, so there is no way for a patient to know they are selecting the "wrong" option. Instead of resolving the issue or attempting to accommodate a patient who arrived on time for a confirmed appointment, the general manager refused to see me and blamed it on a "billing issue." In other words, their internal billing setup was more important than patient care. Patients should not be punished for flaws in a clinic's scheduling system. I took time off work and arranged childcare to attend this appointment, only to be turned away at the door because their system wasn't "set up correctly." That is not just inconvenient -- it demonstrates a serious lack of respect for patients' time. If this is how they handle something as simple as an appointment scheduling error that their own system created, it raises real concerns about how this office prioritizes patient care. Extremely disappointing experience.

I had no insurance for this appointment and was so worried because my husband is between jobs and we had to pay cash. The manager Jennifer assured me that the costs would be contained and she would find whatever savings to make it affordable for us, to at least walk out with contacts until our insurance kicked in. Second, while I understand that my time is as valuable as theirs, I did have to wait, but what I found is once I was in the Exam room the doctor spent a lot of time with me and it was not just a quick in and out examination period, so I can understand why things might have run behind. Very glad I came to this location during a time when I needed a calm and reassuring experience.

Melanie was friendly, very helpful and very patient with me on choosing the perfect style of glasses. She even gave me great recommendations on the style I should get. I'm happy with my choices today and will come back for future contacts and glasses.

I appreciated the friendliness of the staff which made me feel comfortable while picking out my frames. The young lady at the desk( unfortunately I didn't get her name), helped me find just the right frame which is similar to the one I have now. Dwayne was very professional and he made suggestions on what choices I had when deciding the type of lenses that would be best for me. He even laughed at my corny jokes All of the staff there were great and I'm happy and satisfied with the way I was made to feel at ease while choosing my eye glasses !

I was happy to get an appointment on short notice (a week) but once in the office it was over two hours from initially sitting down to when we finally got to the frames person. All the employees were lovely. It was just long.

Just got my first eye exam and the staff made the process very pleasant. Mr. Smith went through the exam and explained everything along the way. I was very happy dealing with the staff and would 100% recommend this place.
