I gave them a five stars because they they are great. and there customer service is excellent. I was going to them for several years now.I truly recommend them.

Dr. Lamont Bunyon provided the most comprehensive optometric exam I have ever experienced. His professionalism, attention to detail, and thoughtful approach truly set him apart. He not only assessed my vision thoroughly--matching the level of testing I typically receive from an ophthalmologist--but also took time to educate me about my condition in a clear and compassionate way. This was my first visit, and I initially called as a last-minute walk-in. Despite the short notice, Dr. Bunyon made time to see me, and the entire experience--from check-in to exam--was smooth and respectful. His staff at both the Largo and Camp Springs locations were welcoming, professional, and kind. I've never received this level of care from an optometrist before, and for the first time, I feel confident that one doctor can meet all of my vision needs. I highly recommend Dr. Bunyon. If you're due for an eye exam, he's the one you want to see.

I use to love this office. I started off with them when they were over at Iverson Mall. Now the office has moved to a nicer place (minus the elevator almost got stuck that the stairs)but the scheduling staff suck. This is my second time making an appointment and waiting almost two hours. If scheduling is backed up and the front desk are aware they should let people know when signing in or as soon as they know. Nevertheless my appointment was at 10am and by 12 noon I was still in the waiting room. Ended up leaving. Very disappointed

It is incredible how you don't receive your prescription while you are in the office. You have to send an email request online and it takes 72 hours. However, I waited for 2 months, requested it again, and even called the office and never received it. If you don't want to deal with this hassle, go somewhere else. I wish I did!

Went to Dr. Bunyon last year with my kids. We all were seen and got my kid some glasses. Just the style she wanted. Dr. Bunyon is friendly and professional, so is his staff. The staff will try to upsell, but not too pushy. I arrived on time, was seen promptly and was satisfied with the service I received. Now I'm setting up a follow up for this year. I highly recommend. Sidenote: Dr Bunyon is a comicbook enthusiast. Has Marvel Comics all over the office. Kids like dig it.

Dr. Bunyon is an absolutely wonderful doctor. He is very professional and also down to earth. You can tell that he cares about your vision concerns. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in this area.

I don't normally do reviews but this place was highly recommended by family and the reviews online. I went the day before my exam to select frames so my process will be faster that next day which the staff was great. The day of my exam everything was good until they took me back to see the doctor. While waiting in the room for him I can hear him in the hallway talking to another patient about how his thanksgiving does be with his family and he started telling her that "Housewives of Potomac" is a great show that she should watch, like really dude im in this room waiting for 7mins and u gossiping about a reality show come on. After awaiting a couple of days they called me stating that my glasses were ready. I was rushing to get there before 7pm. When I got there it was a FULL house. I ask the front desk how long will it take and they said shortly, cool. When they called me up,they put the prescription in the wrong frame which had suede on the handle and the LYING a** doctor looked me in the face and said that this was the one I pick and its nothing he could do for tonight they will call me the next day. I WAS PISSED BEACUSE I HAD TO LEAVE WORK EARLY TO GET THERE. The next day came and they called me and basically gave me two options. 1) You can keep this frame with the suede an prescription and we give you 10% off or 2) Give you back your FULL refund. I went to get my refund and double check with one of them to make sure which glasses was on my file and it wasn't that ugly a** frame the lying doctor tried to tell me I picked. I would off been more happy if they did apologize for their mistake and offered me to select some other frames so I the customer could be happy . THIS WAS POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. LYING DOCTOR

Good Doctor and good staff. All procedures are explained as well as any insurance coverage's you may have so you are not over charged past your insurance limits. given 4 out of 5 only because no one walking on this earth is PERFERCT
