Dr. Marwa Adi recently performed cataract surgery on my left eye. This was pretty standard, taking only about 20 minutes. Whereas my left eye cataract surgery, performed 3 months ago, took about one hour and 20 minutes, due to the exacerbated exfoliation disease identified by Dr. Adi at my initial consultation.
Saying that Dr. Adi is a magnificent medical professional understates the true character of this wonderful person. Dr. Adi is compassionate, patient, considerate and personable, only some of the many positive traits I could use.
In addition to ongoing follow-up visits with Dr. Adi related to the surgeries, I also have on-going visits with Dr. Lauren Taney (retina specialist), annual visits with Dr. Divya Bhandari and had a consultation and visit with Dr. Kenneth Schwartz. My very positive interactions with all these most competent professionals, as well as the support provided by various technicians and front desk staff, is further testament to the superb care provided by Washington Eye Physicians and Surgeons.
My eyesight is terrific. Thank you all.
